Are shapes for mesh heads created via "Edit Shape"?
Lillith Hapmouche replied to Porphyry Kimono's question in Avatar
Thanks. That might explain why my clueless friend, "happily" wearing the Queen head, was so confused when I, happy LeLutka user, tried to explain to her how to personalize her shape with sliders. -
Personally, I find AviGlam quite expensive these days, since they switched to "fatpack only" releases and I merely need one specific color, a dark green tone. Plus, most eyes come with weird light dots instead of pupils and even weirder reflections within the whole eye texture. And a personal grudge: they were quick to drop LeLutka support, claiming "the heads aren't popular enough for us to bother", but even more quickly picked it back up once their popularity was "more favorable". Other options besides the usual AG and Ikon: Pumec, Arise, Mila, AvaRose, Heaux, Arte, Finer Threads. Lotus can be nice, now that the Gatcha nonsense is gone, you even have the chance to get the color of your choice. Euphoric is intentionally excluded from my recommendations. No idea why, their appliers are always wonky for me, or plain non-functional.

Are you absolutely sure that your head is Bento compatible? The head shape should definitely make a difference in terms of looks. If it doesn't, well... Huh, which ones? -

@Charlotte Bartlett Better replace your vendor system ð It warned me that I had already purchased two of the four houses you had on sale this weekend. I totally would have bought again ð -

Who are you, why do you revive a thread which has been resting peacefully for 2 years ... again, 2 whole years... and SL runs on a toaster. -
Remezzo - FlickR - has apparently updated a couple of shoes for the Reborn body.

Viewer Performance Improvements
Lillith Hapmouche replied to Alexa Linden's topic in Second Life Viewer
Just glancing at the Taskmanager screenies, hoping they weren't taken with the application in question being minimized... those stats rather suggest that Firestorm can utilize the hardware slightly, just slightly more. CPU at 4.61 vs. 4.55. 14.6 GB RAM usage vs. 11.9. GPU 33% vs. 22%... ... did you run those viewer at the same time? Up time 1:00:08:24 vs. 1:00:10:25? -
It's hip and trendy and "everyone is doing it"? ðĪŠ

So to sum up: With Kahlene's Erica, you get a ton of shoes, but hardly any clothes. Or such ones that you may go naked right away... With Ebody Reborn, there are no shoes, but a growing, nicely varied clothes market. Well... sucks. Anyway: if anyone would like to try their luck...

Seriously... you did expect that this start could have turned for the better? Any better?

What am I doing wrong if I don't notice any significant improvement, except that I like the turquoise UI? -

It sure does run low, it's been running since 2019 -
Coffee helps. The powdered stuff. Spread generously on a big plate and place said plate (or plates) around the wet floor parts, replace daily. Even if you might hate the smell of coffee, it's way, way better than the stench of dirty water.
