I have 2 clubs on my land, beach and a roller disco. Not run in a commercial sense, I just like having them there, if people are there dancing, fantastic. If just me, I've plenty of practice doing my Billy Idol impersonation. (for those too young to know who billy idol is "dancing with myself" is the punchline).

I'm pretty sure this has popped up at the Governance meetings, I recall it was suggested look up who sent you the money and AR for fraud. That way Governance would look at it and if it's legit you'll end up keeping it and enjoying it. That way, you've protected yourself and possibly saved someone else's account.

When I look on the map of late, and I see some of the prices of mainland, I despair. Just a small reminder: LL will sell you abandoned land for 1l$ a metre, don't get taken in by some of the current prices. some of the prices I've seen of late equate to several month's mortgage payments. Buyer's market yes, for sure. Individual choice, yes, for sure. Just remember: land is in plentiful supply if you take a little time and effort to find land that suits you.

that's the risk people take every day using apk from various sites. if in doubt, don't do it. but definitely right: you have no idea what's in any apk file downloaded from such sites, and if it's not in the TPV , you use at your own perol.
