so if i didn't get an email does it mean that it isn't banned?

i didn't get an email and this was my other account i was just curious

it got banned less than an hour ago i was just in then all of a sudden i cant log in

how do i get my main account back ? it got "banned" . i spent a lot of money on it can i atleast get a refund.
