  1. Another catch and release today. I will keep rolling until my premium runs out next month. I am very much a vagabond and I am always looking for a new place to be my forever home that never lasts forever. lol http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cape Edward/24/232/34 Will release in 15 (or so because I always forget) minutes.
  2. My catch and release of the day is Victorian and a nice large in-land lake. It has pretty flowers in the front and the whole area has a park like feel to it. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fairfax/84/236/2 I will let it go in 15(ish) minutes!
  3. I most definitely will keep you in mind although I have to admit that the seaside Victorian is the one I am leaning toward keeping.
  4. I purchased a large piece of mainland. I needed a place for an in-world store and a place where I could build and play my farming game. It wasn't easy building at my linden home with the lack of prims and I don't enjoy building in sandboxes. With that said, I decided I had to part with all but one of my Linden homes (until stilts come out and I will likely be trying to get one there) and go back to freebie accounts on that alts. I have to choose between my seaside Victorian or my amazing traditionals; one facing west and right on the water and the other with water on two sides with a view of the Belli water ferry and a lot of boat and boat parade traffic going by). I have until the middle of next month to decide. I know the two I release will make someone very happy and that makes me feel good. Swingers beds will not be included. 🤣
  5. I decided to let go of my camper and put that alt back down to a free account. This camper is on a very nice parcel with water on two sides, a boat rez zone just a hop, skip and a jump away and a lot of boat traffic. I think this camper is special and I hope it's new owner thinks so too. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Saltmarsh/122/73/28 I will let it go in approximately 15 minutes :-)
  6. Awww . . . any parcel can have a sunset or sunrise view with a swing of a slider in your windlight settings. With that said, you made someone very happy I bet 🙂
  7. I have to agree with the others. From those pictures, I like the non-mesh body better. I also second Maitimo's thought. The free Legacy body might be the best balance for you. It's been updated to BOM and used the newer HUD which is much more user friendly. I would give it a try. You do not have anything to lose.
  8. Great tutorial! The Beta EEP viewer makes it even easier. You can make and share your own windlights. They are assets in your inventory in a new system folder named "Settings." You right click on them and hit "set to parcel" and it's done (you have to be the owner of the parcel of course). It's fun to play with 🙂
  9. I had this house for the longest time and absolutely adored it. I only let it go after landing a trad THAT was in an outstanding location. I let this one go very reluctantly. Congrats to the new owner!
  10. I think I might have encountered this neighbor when I had a log home for a short time. Like you, I used the sound explorer to blacklist the noise.
  11. I put in my vote for the terrain textures, too! 😘
  12. I look forward to the weekend sales. There is usually something on sale for homes. I am also grooving Floorplan's sale the OP posted about. There is a handful of beachy type things available and I am stocking up on that for my stilt home.
  13. I came in late to the show. The Log homes had recently been released and even though I came for a houseboat I ended up with a log home instead. I can not remember where it was located any longer. I stayed there for a month or so and watched the land page for houseboat and eventually switched to that. Many houses later, I am now in a Victorian I adore and also have an amazing trad on Humansville that I will probably keep for a very long time.
  14. I saw a UFO fly over my trad a week ago and I told my friends I had a sighting but no one believed me!
  15. I am so happy you got it! I love love love it when someone who really wants something like that finally gets it. I hope you love it as much as I did 🙂 *HAPPY DANCES*
  16. I haven't been rolling very much, but in the last few days I rolled a couple of times and both times I landed waterside Victorians. I landed another lovely one so now I have my original seaside to release. I must have rolled for months and months to get this one so it feels a little sad to abandon, but my new pretty will help me get over it. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Pelham Station/144/135/23 I will let it go around 4:30 SLT.
  17. A rolled this super nice Victorian a couple of nights ago. I spent a good bit yesterday playing with the different house styles, different landscaping and blah blah blah. Although I absolutely adore the view and the surrounding neighborhood, I think the Victorian I already had is still the keeper. Thus, I will be sending this one back at 5:30am SLT. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Effing Parade/61/51/28
  18. This! This! This! Oh, and this 🙂
  19. Last post . . . for now. I also would not mind a a contemporary neighborhood - clean lines and a lot of windows!
  20. I am not sure how anyone gets into the garage in that Arizona house I posted. 🤣
  21. I also would love to see Arizona style homes with cement exteriors and a lot of gravel yards with random bushes.
  22. This! I would love to see rustic homes on farmland with ponds ponds and ponds everywhere - in yards etc. Sunflowers , wood fences, long grasses and fields of wildflowers. Dragonflies and lightning bugs.
