  1. A good tip for picking up a lot of items at once . . . go to the top of your viewer and into the build menu and down to the options. Choose the option of select only copyable objects and pick those up first. Then click that off and pick up your no-copy items. I do this all the time. I make large builds and save them in folders with no-copy items loose. I am glad you found all your things. I once deleted my entire landscaping folder (and I landscape in Second Life and had thousands and thousands of things). I almost rage quit and had to get re-deliveries of everything. It took days.
  2. I have been trying for a Vic on water for quite a while now. I really would faint if I got this Vic 🙂
  3. I think everyone is holding tight to their Victorians. I see very few land on the land page lately. I have picked up a traditional here and there to use as a building template, but abandon them soon after I am done. I may pick up a log home to do the same.
  4. I am your new neighbor and I will have to come by and meet you all soon! I love the blues 🙂
  5. I could not agree more! And they should most definitely abandon their Victorians on water. You can not boat from there! What a waste. Plus, sorting through your inventory after you pick up all that stuff is time consuming. Time to get started on that now.
  6. I got a long look at the houses. I can see where I would really enjoy one *IF* it were on the right parcel. I think I have grown really picky in my old age. They are nice and I look forward to seeing what everyone does with theirs when the time comes.
  7. OMG! He said a lot of water so you can have boats. I am so excited because I have been a sailor in SL for years! Woot!
  8. They said they are often on coastlines, stilts, have lots of decks and sometimes crocodiles/alligators :-)))
  9. If this is a mailbox update to Traditional then I am super excited because the most beautiful parcel I have is a trad. He is a big tease! But oh the fun I am having!
  10. I adore my Traditional I got on the water. I plan to keep it because I plan to use it to make addons, but what I really want is my Victorian on some water. I do have a special Victorian now and I am happy with it for the most part. I have a lot of water nearby but I have to derender trees and bushes to see it. I find myself at my traditional all the time now because I like being by the water. I am not complaining (too much) because I have enjoyed the hunt 🙂
  11. Dang RL! I missed another release. Grrrrrrr. 💔
  12. I think that Traditional has been bouncing about all day. I got it two times today . . . hours apart.
  13. Yes, like a gamer rotation. I chant it to myself throughout the day. I want to be able to do it while I am sleeping. 😂🤣
  14. I am already doing clicking exercises on my keyboard. Refresh. Click. Refresh. Click. I will be at Olympian level by the time they release.
  15. They do look like they are somewhat raised (stilts). It's hard to tell. I like the idea of them but they will be kind of ruined for me if you know . . . they don't have some kind of water view. Who would want a landlocked beach house?
  16. OMG! I am so excited! New house to tinker with. I can't wait.
  17. Everything looks so good, but these quirky yellow chairs! LOVE!
  18. I don't feel anyone here was shaming any differing opinions "into the ground." I understood everyone's side and why they felt the way they do. I like hearing both sides. I found the discussion interesting simply because I never realized regions were cloned.
  19. Honestly, I never noticed some regions were cloned. And trust me, I bike, scooter, horseback ride and what not all over the place. I guess since many people use addons, paint shells and add their own things to their parcels it looks changed up enough for me. /waves to Faydra who I got the extreme pleasure of meeting in person in SL. Our homes are fairly close! I really enjoyed meeting you!
  20. Where does the support group meet? lol
  21. Haha! Now I know where all the excellent houses are! HOUSE HOARDERS. It's so addicting. I do not usually hang onto houses though unless I feel I will actually *live* there. I have a great houseboat I scored on my first roll and I plan to keep that. Paid my premium up for a year. I have a very pretty Victorian and it is near water, and I can see it through some bushes and trees. I have yet to score one on water. I scored the best of the best camping trailers but I knew others would adore it more than me so I swapped it with someone. I think I am addicted to the hunt now. Damn, Linden Labs!
  22. That traditional is still sitting in maintenance. All my abandons seem to sit in maintenance for a long time. Sometimes up to an hour.
  23. I am letting go of a charming traditional. I kind of hate to let this one go, but I don't need it so someone else might as well enjoy it. It is on a bay of water with houseboats. There is a little gate in the back. There are campgrounds in the area if you like to explore. There is a little sitting area on a pond in the corner. I will let it go in 10 minutes. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Kiva/74/181/29
