I am letting go of a charming traditional. I kind of hate to let this one go, but I don't need it so someone else might as well enjoy it. It is on a bay of water with houseboats. There is a little gate in the back. There are campgrounds in the area if you like to explore. There is a little sitting area on a pond in the corner. Wow! I was looking for a traditional I could use to work on addons. I did not really care where it was or what it looked like. I needed it to model around. I ended up scoring yours and is in a beautiful setting. I am tickled with it 🙂

Don't give up. The Victorians have been popping up all day!

Since there was a big sim release of Victorians, I released the one on Mountebank. I do have another one that is on a dead end road (right at the end) and backs up to a cute pond and park area.

I am kind of waiting for her. I can hold onto it until she is ready to try.

I am going to have a really nice Victorian going back a little later this morning (I have to pick up my stuff). It is on Mountebank and has the railroad in behind, a park like area on the side, a hill in the font and a road on the other side. There is a river in the back too. It has no neighbors on top of you. It has a lot of gorgeous flowers in the front. I kept this one for awhile because I liked it so much but now it's time to send it on it's way to it's next homeowner. I am letting go of a real nice seaside traditional in approximate 10 minutes. It sits on a cliff and overlooks water. If you know how to swing the sun around in your windlight settings, the sunset is wonderful there. Blackwell! You lucky lucky dog! My friends and me rode our horses down there last night and comment on how those three houses there are the best of the best. We joked that we were going to have loud parties and bring down the property values so people started to move out so we could move in.

I was able to nab this and it is a great houseboat. I am not going to keep it because the one I already have suits me a little better. I am putting this one back in the GOH pool.

Me and my alt used up all our tries for the 24 hour period. I love the Vic I have, but I have yet to roll one on water. Not even so much as a mud puddle. lol

I was tempted to grab it but my heart is set on that dream Victorian on water.

I think I just had it. I left a tidbit in the land texture tab. lol
