I think now would be an excellent time. I’m actually considering giving up the one my alt got in August. I recently got one on my main account that gives me an ocean view. People are abandoning lovely locations for the log homes.

I’ve been dreaming of all of the beautiful abandons that will be available.

I should have mentioned that. It's in Hubra. Mainland is across the way but it's so far that I didn't have to turn my draw distance way down. It's a sandy area, instead of my usual green space. It's not on a square lot, but it feels rather open and private, at the same time.

I've been delighted with my alt's houseboat at Walrus Beach. She got it at the end of the August during the region release. When I started clicking around today, I thought I'd check out a houseboat on the land page. I picked up this gem on my own account. I thought I'd never leave Walrus Beach, but I think this one's a keeper.

It sounds like you need to put in a support ticket. https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new As a premium member you can reach live chat usually before 6 p.m. SLT. Tickets are resolved pretty quickly, though. I happened to contact live chat right when it closed shortly after 6. A Linden converted my chat into a ticket and reached out the next morning. That's why I advocate putting in a ticket after hours.

I had a region not render properly for me this morning. It was kind of neat to see the bare terrain without the houses and landscaping. It came back eventually after I tp'd out and back a couple times.

I'd still vote for number 1, because it makes your parcel look huge.

I have a favorite in each theme, because each of the themes appeals to me. I tend to favor small cozy spaces, so the easiest for me to decorate has been the Colorado camper. Traditionals - Continental (with @Blush Bravin’s screened-in wrap around porch) Houseboats - Wallower (thank you, @Nando Yip for your inventive add-on) Victorians - Doyle - The glorious landscaping won me over. Thank you illustrious Moles and Lindens! P.S. I love being able to paint my walls a different color in the Vics and would love it to be an option in all the themes.

Yooperville sure sounds like the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! I should know, because I'm one of the "trolls" that lives in the Lower Peninsula. There are tons of trees and lodge type cabins up there. ❤️ I hope they name a region "Up North". That's the magical place where a lot of Michiganders head for weekend getaways or vacations.

Well, I happened to be in the aforementioned chat where Patch teased about the release of the log cabins. He did say not this week or next. In general, I don’t report hearsay, because I know how quickly things change. I’m not even sure if it’s a TOS violation to be sharing what he says in a group chat. At any rate, I find out more from the forum posters than the inworld groups. Keep giving me the heads up! 😊 My vote is for official channels to be used for communication.

I guess I haven’t gotten a house or location that anyone coveted, because I haven’t encountered that kind of aggression. I feel bad for you and @roseelvira that you’ve had to endure this experience. People have been in the house when I’ve landed. My reaction is to tp away without a word to give them time to clear out.

The Wallower has been the only houseboat style I’ve used. I love what you’ve done with this add on! ❤️
