I’m discovering neighborhoods that I never heard of, because they were from the original April 2019 releases. I guess people are starting to give up their homes after a year or in anticipation of the release of the new theme.

I find it helpful during releases. People will confirm if a release has happened. Sometimes I’m on the land page when a release comes up. Lately I haven’t managed to get a home during a release, but it will alert me to try for abandons. People will ask in the inworld chat groups about releases. I’m finding the information here first.

Was it this one? I really wanted to keep it, but I'm not a sandy lot person. Neither were the neighbors with their green prim lawns.

This goes to show that everything old becomes new again. “In my day, there weren’t any stairs in houses. You had to TP from floor to floor.” I remember configuring a lot of home TPs in my early days of SL. I still bump into walls and stairs. That hasn’t changed. 😂

I might have started the trend. I got it during the Carrollton Bay release. It's a lovely spot, too.

Yes you're allowed a skybox above 2000 meters. It's a good idea to read the covenant. Bellisseria isn't like regular Mainland.

I’m one of those that are not enamored with the new theme. This comes down to “you can’t please everybody”. None of the houses are small. Even with the Vics, there is the Doyle. Maybe a small cabin would have been confused with the little cabins scattered throughout Bellisseria. That’s me being Goldilocks, though. My hope is that when the cabins are released, I’ll be able to land a beautiful green coastal abandon.

My alt would have taken the camper off your hands, but she’s in time out right now. This spell needs to be broken.

That’s a good suggestion, @Malayaa. I usually check my TP history to see if the parcel has been renamed. I got fooled when someone named their Vic “Linden Home”. I thought the house I’d abandoned was stuck in maintenance for two days. Glad they weren’t home when I went to investigate.

I keep downsizing and upsizing. Through it all, I keep being drawn back to the trailers. Like others, I would love to have a camper on a 1024, not that I need more prims, but I'd like more space between me and my neighbors. Today I landed a lovely camper spot for my alt in Placid. Last week I got a primo spot in Saltmarsh on my main. I really don't need two campers. Depending on what the new theme will be, I'll be giving up one of these locations. In the meantime, I'll be pondering my good fortune.

I noticed that Patch is wearing flip flops. That signals warm weather for me, as I look out at the snow on my RL deck.

I must confess, it was my alt that grabbed and released that gorgeous spot. It was meant to be yours, Darron! As much as I love the landscaping of the Vics, they’re just too much house for me ( and my alt sisters).
