  1. Epic-realism model from tungsten.run. Original photo is in the Adult forum.
  2. Funny... IRL I hardly wear metal band shirts anymore... From one of the better YouTube guitar gear heads, with plenty of album and tour credits to boot. (Check out the frameshift albums, I think you can find them in YT.)
  3. Not only OSgrid... most of the better known hypergrids in Open Sim do have tutorials available in world. Kitely has one, Alternate Metaverse, Wolf Territories Grid... but one can name almost any HG in Open Sim, and in general it's not hard to find an in world tutorial in the Welcome areas. *goes off to Open Sim for a while... *
  4. OK... demoed it with the Legacy compatible Bladencat HUME, and the LaraX... hmm... used my thicc shapes with both to see if I needed to do any alpha work. The Legacy one may not need any alphas with a paid Legacy body. I alpha'd the arms with the HUME, but that's all. Just happy to see that I don't have to be petite with it (not that I don't like that shape)... every time I try something like this, I sometimes have to use alphas or shrink my usual shape... I want to try and get away without that lol! Anyway, still on the fence as to whether I will score this.
  5. I think that depends on the time you log in. I used to be able to log in at early SLT hours, like 1-2 AM. Can't do that for now. I log in at prime time, at 9pm or earlier. Super busy. Putting up with 10-15 minutes of this nonsense usually sends me right back to Open Sim. I have experienced this a few times recently.
  6. WTF? I would have thought M$ could have done better with the avatars! FFS they do run a game studio or two, and with the Unity game engine... come on, I've seen better looking avatars in Unity games from itch.io lol! And those are indie titles 😆
  7. Passed by the Tiny Inc store nearby... wondering whether I should be a Dinkie in SL. (I RP as one occasionally in Open Sim.)
  8. Not if you're a Prince or serious Latin music fan IMO, she's great!
  9. Just here to say thanks for tackling the return of Kokua in Linux. I run that, plus the current Megapahit build in Ubuntu Studio LTS 22.04.3. I do like that Megapahit is forked from the LL viewer... I sometimes mess with the Windows versions under wine, so it's nice to see a project that forks it and runs natively in Linux and MacOS.
  10. Any fans of guitarist Nick Johnston around here? This is a band he's formed with his wife, Sachiko. I would've posted the lyrics here, but it's better to go to the YT page for that.
  11. ^ That's all accurate, but I'm happy that larger caches can take place in my PC now. Especially useful and fast if you TP right back to a previous location.
  12. It's listed here in the Firestorm wiki : https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/cache#cache_size
