Hi folks. Somewhere in this scripting forum exists an exquisite snippet of code that removes the 'Resident' portion off a detected avatar name, but I cannot find it. So if an avatar clicked a prim it would say "Rand clicked me", rather than "Rand Resident clicked me" It did this by making a list from detected name then parsing out the resident portion of that list and keeping just the first word of the name list. I recall a [ ] and a comma being in there I think. Could anyone recall how its done ? Fankyew

I stopped landlording when hippo went down. The automated group tag invite script they sold, for rezzing upon renting, was the bestest gadget ever. Nothings ever bettered it imho

n-o fishings pretty popular. No bait buying required. Fishing for lindens nothing beats tatianas virtual fishing. Buy bait 10 lindens make 30 lindens or more. ( 20 lindens profit ). It's neither a scam nor a pyramid scheme but a great way for low budget players to enjoy a few lindens to spend imo.

SL was very nearly a 3d shoot 'em up back in the begining. Theres a vid on youtube to prove it but I lost the link. Anyway, sl is an amazing project that still enthralls 18 years later despite the lag.

Anxiety - Depression Advice Please
rasterscan replied to DarkKinGdom's topic in General Discussion Forum
Being at the bottom of the pit of depression is a god awful place. Those who have never suffered a bout of depression pouring out their bile and spite filled solutions wont help. Step 1. You know your'e in the pit of despair. This means you are looking for a solution, an escape from your dilemma, a way to climb out of the pit. That is healthier than you will realise right now and brings hope which will help you to survive. Crawling out of my own pit of despair was hard as hell. It involved giving up every friend, every habit, and my home, moving away and living alone while I cataloged the state I was in mentally. After 3 months of that, which was possibly even harder than the depression itself, I began to formulate ways forward involving things I wanted to do for me. I propbably eventually crawled out of my pit of despair much more selfish than I was before, but that has stood me in good stead ever since. -

they made the hills smooth ? Is it an EEP trick ? -
Hi folks. I have a set of results, integers 24 , 36, 48 and 52. What math would I use to select, or winkle out, the highest number in a set of results ? So the highest number can be declared the winner. Does that even make sense.
