my alt needed a new home, instead of inworld i used MP, and all seems to be ok for me, all screens showed the "gift to .." as it should and also the delivery was right.

unless it changed, the Belleza Jake body is not for sale at MP and so only available in their inworld store

where do you read that? Look at your support history if there perhaps is a open ticket waiting for you to be answered from the billing dept, .. and never forget the mentioned dates are just estimates, it can be longer.. or very fast. Normally when it says "in progress" everything is still fine, if there's a block it would be showing also in the status. If it really takes to long, simply contact support. ( call billing, or use live chat if premium) they will be able to tell if something is wrong.

i'd say start with this, your graphic card if fine for sl, but not top notch ( i use it too at home, at work, as now i use a gt640) drawdistance : at most 128 ( still covers a whole sim when in the middle 240 will try to render up to 10 (!) sims bandwith : at most 1000 lod could be lower too render quality.. keep as is, could try mid/high ALM off or on... but i'd say off now

community is made by the residents, and most don't feel the need to mingle up with neighbours. As in rl .. be friendly to your neighbours, but not be friends, that will end in horror. Also the big failing in communities is often caused by timezone, your neighbours won't be likely in the same as yours and have totally different ideas how to live their live. no mainland anarchy is only a matter of patience... i'm not holding my breath on the metnioning the rules will be forced more stricly as now... there is space around the homes, seen some nice examples on some forums already with huge additions .. even within the new rules , that would make the view for neighbours pretty horrible.

personally i don't think such issue will be connected to buying L$ .. perhaps unless you buy L$ directly at MP, but that's always been a bad option, same a in the viewer , because there it's not the best exchange rate you can get. Before sending a support ticket for this issue i'd recommend to clear the browser cache ( don't clear your passwords ) and see if that helps.

it sounds very unlogical, but your eyelids are, for editting, also connected to sliders in the system hair ( often also called browshape) it uses the normal appearance tool to be edited, also brows can often be adjusted more there than just in the "body" editing. Also for your eyelids ... the skin has a huge influence, it can be a pain to get strange shadows and lines away. Your eyeopening should be posible to edit with the normal sliders, but check if perhaps your shape isn't mod. The eyes themselve delivered with the head are "rigged" so position is locked, thats one setting you can't change.

not maybe 868 L$ is just a little above 3 USD btw it can be usefull to read the parts in the knowledgebase about buying and selling L$. Before you can transfer your money to rl, you have to sell the L$, it's not possible to transfer those directly to paypal/skrill.

yep... but LL uses the "wrong" software ... 99% of all webshops manage to get a good search, and results... MP cóuld have that too ...guessing it's holding tight to old principles, unreal high amount of time to solve it and $$$$$
