  1. It could be the proximity setting. that plays only some "calm" animations if someone is near you. But I can not help more than this, i never added animations. So refer to the help, or maybe contact Vista if you need to know more.
  2. It looks to me that they just changed the way how the search syntax works. (...and said nothing :) Before you could enter lace reborn now you need to enter lace AND reborn to have the previous result. If you search now lace reborn you get also genitals and shoes (without lace). Before you could enter 5. BAMSE : Bushido - Lamp now you need to enter "5. BAMSE : Bushido - Lamp". If you enter 5. BAMSE : Bushido - Lamp as before, you get nothing that has to do with any of those words, until 50 results or so, where you get something "similar", but not what you entered. I believe this was there since years, but not "totally true" 😁
  3. I put here a couple of images were to find that. Some clothing switches them on or off automatically when you wear or take them off.
  4. I have this one from PrettyDeceased. Corset, bra, panties and pasties are separate parts and the skirt can be hidden. And it's also modifiable : ) http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Pretty Deceased/53/73/32
  5. My firestorm was loading textures super-happy-snappy-quickly ...until 2-3 weeks ago Textures started to appear very late, and some were really stubborn and toke ages to load despite asking for >texture reload< and some nervous "magic zooming". Everything else was loading normally, well, beside avatars ...but that's another story. So I waited a while thinking that something is going on with servers or communications LL/AWS side, and they will fix it. So no hurry, and no taking time to seek for solutions, since it's "normal procedure" as i seen enough of it. As i read in past that system security (antivirus and firewall) was an issue for some people, i tried that a week ago. I excluded from Windows the files and folders as explained on the Firestorm wiki, and \o/ YES! \o/ ....texture load quick again! So if nothing changed LL/AWS side, that might be a fix to try out. Not happy to need to fiddle with system security tho. I do not experience any other programs having issues with my system security, so... ???
  6. This is by the way inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe's Farnsworth House if you didn't know already. An icon of modernist architecture Well done with the furniture!
  7. Normally I am not that keen to update as soon, but i was really eager to see the performance improvements. (I'm on Windows, and i was to busylazy to update the LL viewer) The result is remarkable on my PC! Then i read about the inventory improvements! If you have a LARGE Inventory, i have 230K, this is a huge TIME SAVER! As a result of the new functionality, a second window now opens immediately! Before, that toke 8-10 seconds for me. So no more fear to close the second window accidentally ("Noooooooo!") The new "show in new window" function shows only objects, folder and sub folders, and not the whole inventory. So now we have mini inventory windows \o/ (how many mini-inventories can one do? LOL) And that way you can also do a search limited only to those folders and items, and do not get the results of your complete inventory anymore. \o/ Create folder from selected and ungroup folder items is also super usable for me. (shopping + ordering inventory) This can also group folders. It makes a new sub folder with those inside. That is what i always needed! Show avatar attachment is another extreme time saver. Right click your attachment > and pop! there is it, in his mini-window \o/ This saves so many steps if you wear many new attachments (...how was the name again of the new thing?...) Big kudos and thanks to those who worked on it and added to Firestorm! Very well done!
  8. OK - issue recognized on grid status page: https://status.secondlifegrid.net/ Investigating - We are aware that some Residents may be experiencing problems rezzing or deleting objects, or creating new inventory items in Second Life. Some logins may also be affected. Our engineers are actively trying to alleviate the issue. More information will be posted to the status blog as it is available.
  9. Same here Rhiana. It looks like the fix was not rolled out as mentioned in the two JIRA bug reports from weeks ago. Pretty annoying to need to check the transaction history continuously to find out what was sold, and what is out of stock. This is now broken since a month.
  10. This issue was posted here a while ago: Since the issues definitively is still present i filed a JIRA bug report right now. Find the link in that thread if you want to follow or contribute.
  11. I filed a JIRA now as the issue still continues to repeat independently from billing maintenance: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-231339 UPDATE: A fix is being tested and will be rolled out soon.
  12. Hi Elvina, the issue with the keywords in other languages is explained here. It happens while using quick fill.
  13. I have also a hand full of "being delivered". Though in the order itself it always says "delivered". Those "being delivered" match the emails i did not receive. Is it maybe a new way how it works? that only upon delivery inworld the email is send? That would explain the delay.
  14. 32 on sky platforms and busy events, 64 for events and visiting places, 128 on land so some neighborhood is visible, 512 for sailing, 1024 ...if i get totally lost while sailing. In Firestorm you can just enter dd 64 in local chat to change the drawing distance.
  15. I actually observed the last couple of days that some sales confirmation emails are not arriving in my inbox. It's a Gmail address too. Nothing under spam or such. But i can not see them delayed, just completely missing when i compare with the orders report. Just got also an "out of stock listing unlisted" but no corresponding sales confirmation. Under reports the sale is visible. I wait a little before filing a JIRA or a ticket, more info would be necessary, maybe other are also affected?
  16. Gonna use this for end of October \o/ \o/ \o/
  17. Oh well.... i also stopped flagging for a while, then started again, just to feel better. I mean, there is plenty to flag. I can confirm that i have observed item flags sometimes not being handled. Either they are not understood, or they are skipped because the queue is too long, i guess. But i am speculating about the reason here. Of course i understand that sometimes errors might happen while reviewing an item flag. On Gachas (i know, please don't hit me) flagging for keyword spam is rarely handled. Often a sneaky reseller puts "RARE" as keyword, and thus floods the search result for the rare with all his non-RARE stuff. Worst case i found there were around 50 items with that keyword before a customer would see the real RARE item. Of course i flagged a few for keyword spam, and they were either not reviewed or not understood. So i tried again with a few more, and same result, no handling. So i'm writing this also only to feel better, there are plenty of threads about this were i didn't want to put time in to comment. Edit: I want to ad that maybe some Gacha flags are not handled because the opinion is that they will be sold one day anyway. That would be wrong reasoning, i have items i sell and refill since years. Hence flagging for keyword spam would avoid having the search flooded with wrong results.
  18. If you have that or something like "too many redirects" than you should try to clear the site cookies. I had to do that 3 times in the last weeks. For example, for the Firefox Browser, you can click at the lock left of the address, then "clear cookies and site data...".
  19. Also the Labs are helping. They posted this on twitter with the Landmarks. \o/
  20. The Catwa 1L$ head has been removed from MP. I don't know more than this. Well, the MP is still choking.
  21. Yeah. I was wondering about the scalability too. Maybe it's a tiered thing that need to be announced ahead - who knows.
