Yes you are right. I just wanted to mention that for some bodies it may make a difference. For example Legacy sliders can go further compared to Maitreya, or Reborn is rather larger to start with, and you can't go down that much. By using the body thickness as starting point you can partly work around those limitations ("oh noes, the slider is already at 0" or 100) and even find it easier to get were you want. π

I canceled π the Reborn butt with two deformers. One is included with the body as add-on attachement, plus "The V" that has many deformer positions that can rotate it and move it further up and inwards. I use that because I could not find something similar yet (...but still looking). Hence my butt it tinier, but still can't be really tiny or "flat". Before moving to Reborn I was wondering why people would wear The V while shopping... Now I know. ...and I do it myself. π BTW, The V can also deform breasts π€€ Issue with all those deformers is that some clothes may glitch. So check your deformers before telling people that it's badly rigged π

I like what you wrote here about body shaping and I would like to add a few tipps I am using. One technique I call "working inward or outward?". It starts by setting the body thickness first. Outward means that the starting body thickness is smaller, then shoulders, hip, love handles etc. can slide better/differently outwards. Inward is off course a wider start body thickness, and shoulders, hip, etc. go inwards in a different way as with the Outward technique. What you can do with this really depends on the body brand and type but it can help to make some parts more like one prefers, or even "fix" them. Particularly shoulders and hip can be made very different with that. For heads the same idea. By starting with a wider or smaller head depth or width, you can work differently with nose, mouth, eyes...etc. I would also like to add to put an eye of what the "knee angle" does (can't remember the exact name) on the shape of the hips. Add last but not least, I only discovered body deformers while I moved to Ebody Reborn. Great possibilities with that β€οΈ Actually, it was only with the above techniques that I decided to move to Reborn. I don't do Reborn "the right way" π , my shape looks rather like a Maitreya/Legacy mash-up with Reborn curviness π

My store on marketplace is no longer available
Samara Sharkfin replied to TiannaCollice Mavendorf's question in Shopping
Hi. Submit a support ticket. -
I works again! π
-
Good idea! I did one: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-234574 Edit: My first ticket send from https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com did not go through. I submitted now a new one and i can see it is being processed.
-
I send a ticket about this to the wrong place. Let's see if that helps π At the bottom of this page >Tilia >Costumer Service >Second Life.

Good find auntie Misha! The original name of the original sold item is "Neo Kowloon Kitten" What you found on marketplace is fantastic! I just bought one and it is modify, i scaled the body to make it more kitten size π» and the script for the head particle is also modify so i made it smaller too. (change startSize endSize) ....it's kind of there... (Neo Kowloon Kitten in the middle) I forgot: It was definitively not a gacha but just sold in the above mentioned market.

This seems now fixed! I can now set the date range and go through many pages and see the correct results by date/time.

No! - It's totally random! I could "revive" some items that were not showing up in MP search and my store by unlisting/relisting in the viewer. They show up in search now, but not under Web-MP Manage Listing! Other items were i tried exactly the same just do not show up at all. :( ! I also had out of stock items still showing up in MP search/ my store (but that's another thread). And something also changed / is fishy with search... but I still trying to understand that. And the JIRAs filed about marketplace are just not reviewed since a couple of months. (beside a couple of being closed as duplicate of "???") Grrr!
-
...and the JIRA bug report i filed the 7nt of July is still awaiting review ... same as many other bug reports regarding marketplace https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-234112

Hey! those must be mine! π My total item count decreased by 67 since yesterday evening LOL. From 3420 to 3353. (but i should have only 3 less because sold out) By category (3399) and by price (3405) count are both not corresponding to the total, but both decreased by 33. But I am affected by a different MP bug at the moment. If you so want, it's the contrary: Sold out listings still appear in MP π I was told by support that my issue (out of stock still listed) affects only some accounts and Engineering was informed about it. Now i also wonder if i have invisible listings too. (mumble mumble) Using the Update fix does not fix the out of stock items, they stay visible in my store and in search. Of course i could delete a listing if it is really out of stock, but often i refill those with some newly bought ones. Maybe, and here i am speculating, Engineering is fixing things slowly and that could be the reason why the counts are "kind of fuzzy". I could also imagine that the totals by category and by price are delayed because they are calculated only periodically. Who knows...

I have have the same issue. After a large purchase from one single person yesterday, the limited quantities items are still shown in my store and in the product search, but show correctly as sold out under manage listings. Single purchase items sold out the last few days were unlisted correctly, but after having found this thread i am not sure if i have other items not unlisted erroneously. Of course i checked if it may be a browser issue, but that is not the case. I filed a support ticket. Let's see... EDIT: Ticked answered, issue known, forwarded to Engineers, seems only some accounts are affected by this.

Same for me, and I just filed a bug report: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-234112

I observed this about flagging: - it can take maaany days until somebody has time to check them, i guess particularly after weekends. - they may skip checking some type of flagging completely if there is no time for it. Then you are out of luck: the flag stays forever. - the person checking the flagging may not understand or have a different opinion about why you flagged something. - some sellers ignore the reason for un-listing intentionally and will continue to cheat, or just relist with the same cheat. I guess they go by priority and time available, so fraud first ... spam last. So probably yes, you can list the wrong thing in the wrong category with the wrong spammy keywords and the wrong maturity level and it will stay there forever.

I do not see any difference in rounding up the MP sales fee in my last sales. Can you explain on which price range, and how much, that happens? As for a fee below 10 L$ i can not check that for my store, bit i remember vaguely that 10 L$ fees were not applied. (but i did not check that in the current fees page)

A lot of confusion because of roll-outs and roll-backs. It was "fixed", then rolled out again: First roll-out: Marketplace issues (Feb 14 around 2pm SL time) First roll-back: Posted Feb 17, 2023 - 10:44 PST https://status.secondlifegrid.net/incidents/8k9zrtk0bq84 Second roll-out: Wednesday at 05:01 PM Weβre Improving Marketplace Search -
Same here, no issues managing listings.
-
They have re-implemented the search mode from February, were an exact match with any search filters works only if put in quotes " " it's now officially confusing or are the bugs "normal"?
