Cool. :matte-motes-smile: Due to your kindness and good heart, Phil should offer you a dinner in a fancy restaurant. With flowers on the table too. :smileyhappy:

  3. Phil Deakins wrote: Marybeth Cooperstone wrote: A good reason to wear underwear. I always wear pretty, usually lace, bras and panties - similar to what I wear in RL. Pictures or it doesn't happen Phil, while waiting for the pictures from Marybeth (which you might not get), you can do Google images search for "lace, bra, panties". :smileyvery-happy: :smileytongue:
  4. Perrie Juran wrote: I've seen flesh toned nipple hiders. Removing nipples from the equation can make a big difference. :smileysurprised: Nude boobs without nipples are a very shocking and disturbing sight! :matte-motes-sick: IMO. Therefore I never wear those hiders. :smileyvery-happy: :smileywink:
  5. My results (from northern Europe): To my ISP Ping: 3 ms Download: 12.22 Mbps Upload: 12.49 Mbps Tucson, AZ (Hosted by Login Inc.) I tested it many times, ping was every time over 350 ms.

  8. You might find something helpful in the link below to resolve your problem: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail These basic rules apply to all viewers. (If you are using Linden Lab viewer, forget what the above link says about RLV - Linden Lab viewer does not have that one.)

It's a problem with my brain to finger co-ordination. As in this case, I usually type all the right letters but not necessarily in the right order As long as you use the following system then the rest of us, who have a strange mind, can still understand you. :matte-motes-big-grin:

Eyes watering? I'm confused. You won't be confused if you look how close, to each other, the letters 't' and 'g' are on the keyboard. :smileyvery-happy: :smileywink:
  13. For all ESL'ers (i.e. English as a second language) it might be good practice to follow a simple rule: 1. British practice British practice is normally to enclose quoted matter between single quotation marks, and to use double quotation marks for a quotation within a quotation: 'Have you any idea', he said, 'what "dillygrout" is?' (Note: The order is often reversed in newspapers.) 2. US practice US practice is uniformly to enclose quoted matter between double quotation marks, and to use single quotation marks for a quotation within a quotation: "Have you any idea", he said, "what 'dillygrout' is?"

Ain't it true? :smileysad: I still have this cute one in my inventory. One of the starter avatars in 2007 straight from the Library. Her hotness. 16. ActionJoe wrote: Hi I use Sketchup 2014 to make buildings. Just for information: Please read the following post what one modelling expert has to say about Sketchup models. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Mesh/Use-Sketchup-DAE-for-mesh-model/m-p/1938789#M19987 Basically it is - do not use Sketchup models in SL. Sketchup is nice easy to learn software for example to model real life house floorplans and furniture. Easy and fast way to check out different kinds of furniture placements - before actually starting physically moving the furniture around in the house. :smileyhappy: But to use the models in SL - it's a no, due to the innefficient messy mesh.
  17. Hmm... I haven't noticed anything strange. Everything is loading ok for me. Even this http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ doesn't say that anything extraordinary would be going on.

Aricella wrote: Okay, I should have asked/figured this out by now, but I never really have tried LOL Anyway, so a lot of sims, when you look at the big map, you see textures....like logos & such. Don't do it. Please, seriously. Let the world map be a map. It's really not supposed to be an advertisment board, even though many use it as such. :smileymad: Thanks. :smileyhappy:

  20. On Sunday at 2:12 PDT the Reality Check Café was empty. On the other side of the road there was some activity going on. There's an Avatar Fitness Club. Some newbies were checking and trying out the equipment there. :smileyhappy: Some treadmills are paying 1 L$ per 20 minutes of exercise. :smileyvery-happy: :smileytongue:

It also makes it perform like a bicycle :smileysad: Actually, it doesn't even completely stop the flashing. I still get a little bit of flashing around the edges of water. Water...land...water...land...water...land... For the water flashing far away, the following stops it. From the menu, unselect: "Develop, Rendering, Object-Object Occlusion" If you cannot see the Develop menu, then press Ctrl-Alt-Q By the way, turning off Basic Shaders is a bad idea. The world will look like crap if you do that.

Some statistics: • Total users: 110901 • Users online: 206 • Number of regions: 1359 I saw just a few people who where hanging in the welcome area. Else the grid looked very empty. It's a very quiet place.
