But also obviously- transferable. I don’t know how many times I gave for the sake of helping complete strangers who would ask in various group chats for different things. Maybe they were new & wanted “cheap” hair- well I’ve got 5 copies of this hair, in such & such colors- let me send you one. Or someone who was hoping to win a particular item & never could & didn’t find it in a yard sale. Just bought a new body & needed help building wardrobe? Guess what- I’ve got plenty. More often than not I was met with mistrust- or instant responses of “no wait I can’t pay you”. But I never asked for money. Just the pleasure of being helpful. Let’s not forget housewarming & pixel partnership presents. Not sure how many toasters & cocoa makers I gave away over the years. I understand why they’re being banned (the machines) but they weren’t nearly dripping with the evil attributed to them as a whole.

I would default to the assumption an item is no copy no transfer & no modify unless specifically stated otherwise.

Honestly both, the swastika & iron cross were embraced by the nazi party & before nazis were even a thing (Prussia). I’m no history or military scholar (nor European) to understand why the iron cross is seemingly less offensive now. Snoopy has aerial dog fights with the Red Baron atop his flying doghouse -the Red Baron’s plane visibly marked. Then there’s Red Baron pizza with a mustachioed pilot with a wavy red scarf on the box. Hollywood makes use of the symbol & video games go either way. This banning of gacha machines isn’t about SL clutching their pearls at the thought of gambling addictions being formed on their platform or the morality of rigged games of chance. It would be great if folks could grasp that concept. It’s not nearly dramatic as all that & frankly it conjures up visions of gacha peddlers personified as some 1960s cartoon villain named Snidley Whiplash tying the damsel in distress (poor defenseless, “can’t possibly resist gachas or take responsibility for their spending” shoppers) down on the railroad tracks. Banning gachas are about the regulations for tax commissions & licensing etc. If this was about morals or ethics of human nature a whole lot of the underbelly of SL would feel the hammer & disappear.

(I wouldn’t buy either of those- bad seller rating on the 1st & the 2nd says it has “intermittent” trouble booting up. I only point this out because I’ve been without a computer almost 2 years now & am hoping to get another eventually & keep my eye out for threads about low price laptops that can handle SL)

Not sure why, but I’ve watched all the Annabelle movies in the last day or so. She scares the 💩 out of me. (Dolls in general creep me out) So yea I get a good fright fest, but then I’m on edge so I watched a sappy rom-CoM to cope. 😂

When my $L balance fails to load I would message a friend & ask they send me $1L & that always seems to shake the cobwebs loose.

I have part of “Fly” by Sugar Ray and a swallow like the lead singer has on his chest going down my left forearm from my wrist to my elbow. It was wildly popular the summer I was pregnant with my offspring & I just got stuck on it. I also have part of “Slow & Low” by the Beastie Boys across my sternum-throat “You can live your whole life & I hope You live long” along with Adam Yauch & a brass monkey sitting in a lotus as a nod to him & his life. I guess those have meaning tho. I do like a probably terrible Rolling Stones song & don’t know why:

At the risk of antagonizing you (I have zero desire to get into another back & forth) I have to tell you that you are so far out of line with that line that you’re in the void- spun off beyond any legitimate argument you hope to make. 1) You are saying that women deserve the treatment they get because they did XYZ. 2) That is unequivocally victim blaming. 3) That mindset totally excuses Neanderthal behavior. The resulting male behavior in response to perceived female inappropriateness reveals the flaws in the male, not female. It’s totally projecting. You point out bouncing breasts on display are outrageous & cause misogynistic comments & actions, so that must mean women ogle bike short bulges & they in turn have the right to give the man’s goodies a squeeze. Right? It’s the same logic. 4) What is appropriate? Who is the ordained judge of that? You care to bring up the Taliban, sharia law & head to toe burkas? Anything less is cause for death. Women, men, binary & all in between deserve to exist without having to fear for their safety because some brute can’t handle their own shortcomings & urges.Suggesting anything less is shameful & part of the problem.

*hugs* Something happened to me in high school & when I reported it I was told by a family member that “you must have liked it or you’d have stopped it.” Then I was taken to the county sheriff to file a complaint- which lingered for months. Upon checking on it I was told by the officer I filed the report with that I didn’t seem upset enough to pursue anything. I have no real words of rebuttal for some of the responses shared here (not Silent’s) You either understand, really understand- or you don’t & have no room to talk about empowerment.

I like honey on fried chicken etc, but I’m not sure about marshmallows on a burger…. But I might like it cause it can’t be too differ3nt than the honey!

I think you could narrate a food show! Very descriptive! I make chicken with strawberry preserves & pickled jalapeños. I wonder if it would be considered a chutney?

I was wondering if the Nutro was like cream of wheat, but it says no wheat & has corn on the box so wondering if it’s like grits? Ive never had chutney. I’ve never seen it on a shelf & I just searched my grocery store online & it all has 2-3 day delivery so it must be special order. I bet it’s good! I read the ingredients for yours. I would probably eat it with a spoon. I love to buy apple butter (not really a butter) in the fall & will eat it out of the jar.
