By definition, a brothel does promote sexual conduct and that is not allowed on Moderate. No, I'd message you privately to see if you were interested. 😁

The new rules will keep adults pretending to be kids out of A rated sims, but won't keep real life kids out of A rated sims. LOL way to go LL Better than changing nothing. Rereading the person she quoted..what he had was a moderate RP residential area on the ground and the adult stuff up in the sky (not a brothel). His land was adult. He was concerned that now his kids couldn't be on the adult land in the moderate section. He was not promoting any adult activity so he COULD change his estate to Moderate and have a restriction on who can enter the adult section. 1

AFAIK, there are no rules governing speech in world. You could of course submit a documented support case and find out the answer to your question. My personal guess is that unless it's part of a continued pattern of harassment, there's no violation, but who knows?

Are you IN the forum as a child avatar? No because avatars don't exist outside Second Life. Once you are logged out of Second Life do what you want. Didn't realize that the meant group in-world, not forum. Edited May 5 by Kathlen Onyx

My post here was more for sarcasm and a little comedy relief but now that I think about it. What about it? If someone posts a question in a moderate group about adult products, am I allowed to even view the code for that or do I have to leave the group? I'm not talking about a dedicated group for adult products, I'm talking about a moderate, general script group that I have been an active member of for close to a decade.

I wouldn't know who is a child in a chat either. I'd take up the issue with a group moderator.

Why would you need permission. If you put on an adult avatar you are considered an adult not a child avatar. It makes no difference whatsoever. I say don't go around making issues when there are none just because you are peeved about one that affects you. Anyways, do not flee. Tell them to shut up, because it´s your bloody right as child that they do so and that you will not accept the ongoing, outrageous surpression they impose on you by being adults. That will make you legions of friends. 1 2

Juliett Beaumont
well - a lot, maybe most estate sims are adult. (the most I know) A lot of harmless topical beaches. In fact families got their beloved private homes there. Those sims are not adult because of dungeons, hardcore and violence. Those are labeled A to avoid problems with privacy. ...some child avatars may never find home again. 2

If it's just a group chat, what your avatar looks like makes no difference. The new rules are about visuals mostly. No one in that chat, unless.they know you, would have a clue you were a child avatar. If it makes you uncomfortable, talk to a.group moderator. If someone knows you are a child avatar and makes offense or lewd comments directed to you specifically, I'd report that as it's not allowed.
