Hi everyone . My name on SL is Sammi Boa as my main account and I've not been able to reset my password as made too may attempts when I was tired last night after a Windows 10 re-install.

Lucky enough I've this second account for my alt and can get on here to chart.  

Now, my main account is frozen as I made too many attempts to reset it last night as I was tired and not able to think straight .  Tried again to set a new password this morning and I'm still stopped from making a new password.  I have raised a ticket and received a reply saying ticket has been registered and I will get advice in near future from LL but I'm desperate to get into my main account as getting bit lonely not being able to socialise with my lovely friends I have on my Sammi Boa account. Any help or advice would be gratefully received

Only advice is, you have done all you can and wait for LL to get to your ticket.  Its the weekend, it might take a while

Well they can but after being on here 15 years I've built up special friends on SL and I purchased a sim on there and have and same partner since I came on here and own so many items and SL is soooo hard to get around and to be honest, I'm in a state of panic as I cannot get back the the Real me in my main avatar. Oh gosh its so hard to explain and no understands how terrible I feel. if I cannot get into my main avatar i lose everything .

well its me Sammi Boa but of my 3 Alts I've had first Alt sort of on hold like I've been but its still me using my last alt just to say thank you  for your comments and my partner Nikita jefferson  likes me using that term  so hope that clears it out my Sammi Boa account has not heard anything apart from the reply to my raising of a ticket. If you lot are confused believe me SO AM I Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. this is torture . As soon as I get back into my Sammi Boa avatar when or if this gets sorted out I'll be over the moon buttttttt if not 

all my items I've had, my sim I own and my lindens will all be to nothing to do not forget a password as sometimes its a shock to lose it all. Now where did I put me antidepressants

Sorry guys but I'm so so upset and can only use my Sammi Verwood account and I'm online now if anyone wants to risk chatting to dippy Brit who is going utterly potty with worry at the moment .  Hope the people at LL get my normal account sorted soon. I highly suggest you find some ways to chill out.  Not getting to chit chat with folks in SL truly is not the end of the world.

It's the weekend, this only just happened, you didn't lose your account or your stuff. Give LL the chance to even help you, lol. 

I'm beginning to think it has nothing to do with a failed password attempt at this point (since you now claim even your alts have been put on hold for the same thing...seems suspect for someone to have this happen multiple times).  Not many people would freak out this easily over something so silly unless they did something that caused their account to get put on hold. 

I've forgotten passwords more times than I care to admit over the years (not sl, but other things, lol). If you've done no wrong, it'll get sorted. If it keeps happening, you should probably find a better way to keep track of your passwords. But in the meantime, crank up some good music, and chill, you'll be fine, being high strung about it is only going to make things worse.

Thanks Again Tari and this was my fault as I had pooter problem and could not back up my late passwords  after having no option but to reinstall windows but that cleared everything off my pooter so using an old computer and my moblie phone to try to sort it out and yes, it is the weekend and Yes perhaps I am over reacting so I'll listen to some classical music and read a book hee hee. well I had 2 alts and this is last one standing and I'll look forward to hearing something from LL tomorrow re them unfreezing my Sammi Boa account and letting me reset a new password. I cannot try to do a new password as need to be unfroze first. If temps are not to cold in next few days I'll do some kayaking on the Norfolk Broads as there are nearly 200 miles of inland water around here so hey ho. 

Thanks fo much for your kindness and support and love from Sammi if I get back in to SL with Sammi Boa, I'll give you a call and show you my home and airport XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

   You can opt not to show up in search. Some people do this as a step to avoid drama, or when being harassed by stalkers.

   It isn't fool proof, but I guess most stalkers and harassers are fools, so. Great success.

True - forgot about that option.  But it definitely is not her display name because her profile does come up when searching on her account name.

Hi guys I was able to get back into my Sammi Boa account today so thanks so rmuch for your replies to my alts as I was absolutely gutted to forget my password but woke up in night and suddenly remembered it and found my account unfroze and gosh to my happy amazement I was able to log it.  I know some of you thought there was something going on with trying to get help with my alts but honestly, there was nowt crafty going on and I'm grateful to you all for your help and advice and Tari Landar thanks you for setting my mind at rest and I did go kayaking and listened to some classical music with a bottle of wine last night . Take care everyone and if your ever over at Helgi sim give me a call and be nice to meet some of you.
