  1. Mine is off as well. And it also drifts a little bit. Several times now I have to shift my pictures a little to get the shadows out of the walls.
  2. It had the potential to be worth paying for. Too bad it was a nothing-burger 🍔
  3. Why do I suddenly want hot wings and beer? I don't even like beer
  4. What are you supposed to do? Try having a little respect for others and mind your own business. This would include camming into their private space at a minimum, and would most certainly preclude walking into their house. "Because nobody stopped me" is not a defense, anywhere. What would I do? See above.
  5. Yes, but if you are paying $120 a year, you can add a little to that ($24) and have two premium memberships, donate the tier from both to a group for a 10% bonus (which you cannot do in Bellisseria (sp?)) and have around 770 LI to play with instead of 351. The 10% bonus mitigates the LI of the house a bit. Since that is an option, as opposed to getting a new Linden Home which is not an option at the moment, it seemed worth suggesting.
  6. Obviously. But there are other ways "to get a house worth looking at" and that was what my post addressed.
  7. There are tons of houses on Marketplace that are beautiful to look at and will fit nicely on a 1024 plot. With what you are paying you could add a few bucks and have 2 Premium memberships and have 2253 sq meters of land and 700 LI to play with
  8. I really don't get what the whole question or debate is. If somebody wants it and feels more comfortable with it, they use it. Why should they have to justify it to anybody? It's a personal choice and really none of anybody else's business.
  9. I don't get the rush from eject and ban any more. The shine has worn off that for me. Now if you want to talk 'satisfying' you need to uncheck that box that says Safe: No Damage
  10. I am still waiting to see if anybody will see the big pink elephant standing tap-dancing in the middle of the room.
  11. When you get a home you are actually getting either a houseboat parcel or a traditional home parcel. You choose the structure from the menu that you get when you click your mailbox, or the ring buoy (life ring) for a houseboat. You can also swap styles at will without having to move to a new parcel.
  12. The covenant is quite clear on it, and as far as I know, it is the final word. It's readily available and valid on the day you read it, unlike old forum posts.
  13. No idea what you were trying to say there, sorry. My question was how would anybody know how many homes are claimed in a day. We only know about what is said here. The people visiting these forums, indeed even knowing they exist, is a small subset of the general SL population. I thought the response was appropriate to the validity of the original statement.
  14. It was superseded, there is no reason to go back and alter it. If they were going to edit the past every time a rule changes they'd have no time to do anything else. Outdated information is just that - Outdated.
  15. Thank you! It has evolved into something I really enjoy
  16. Moving inside, the living room benefits from a touch of color with the add-on wall and wallpaper. The bedroom is ... cozy. Sounds better than "small" The new kitchen is a great fit with a good bit of removal of parts, but credit to the maker, it still looks great even stripped down. I had extra space after adding the dining area, and I filled that with a hobby/art area. I was very tight on prim by then, so it's sparse. Maybe I get extra points though for the painting on the easel being my own work
  17. I am loving the Adams house more and more. Initially I had set it up with the bedroom and bath to the right, using the larger space. The problem with that is that the bedroom becomes a thoroughfare to get to the back door. It bugged me, but I was willing to live with it, until Blush came out with a new add-on that I had to have. So I shuffled everything around, and of course my in-line 2 prim kitchen was not cutting it, so I had to get a new one. A bit of modding and playing with prim counts and I ended up OK, with 5 LI to spare. The pictures were a bit challenging here, as there might be a thing or two that are best not shown in pics here in this forum Outside first, then a follow-on with the interior shots
  18. If it's any comfort, Tara, you're not alone. She is out to get us.
  19. OK, now you can just stop it right there. I *just* finished re-doing my house from your last add-on escapade! lol Seriously - I hated this house in raw form but this looks fantastic.
  20. I never really even considered using that one, until I saw what @Blush Bravin did with it with the wrap around porch and screened room at the back. I came in thinking Winchester was the only viable option, as many others probably did, since in the beginning that seemed to be all anybody was using. But this thread has shown that they can all be great homes
  21. I wonder what will happen when the forces of "Your unfurnished house..." meet up with the forces of "Your script resource usage..." It could be interesting. I am envisioning something akin to the end of the movie Angels and Demons when matter and antimatter collided.
