  1. Who are the 'we' in this sentence?
  2. I guess people have got into a groove with how they do things in second life, and it remains to be seen how Patch & Co decide to interpret the covenant. It does seem to be a genuine surprise to some that continuity in landscaping is important to others.
  3. Rainbows invariably vault every raindrop WRONG
  4. More like a made for tv episodic drama, with elements of comedy, tragedy, end of season high drama and occasional patches of blah!
  5. @Patch Linden Residents using snow, yes or no? I'm not sure about this. Something small that looks like a fake snow Christmas decoration, I could see that as decor. Covering your plot so it look like you are in a different climate zone, I can understand why many would find that objectionable.
  6. Might succumb on a slow week? The saw must be fed
  7. What is regularly expected domestically? CLEAN
  8. I do feel nervous sending messages, and have only sent a small number, but like Blush I've not had a negative comeback, and got thanks. As in real life! Reaching out can be a risk, but who knows, you might end up feeling like you know your neighbours a little better.
  9. Great selection Rolig and your comments are wonderful! Kahuna + Bellisseria = brushlike as a alien (look out for those extra-terrestrial bristles Kahuna folks!) Kahuna + Bellisseria = is shakeable urinal (what are we shaking?)
  10. How frustrating ! Maybe newbies to Belli who haven't read the covenant.? Try sending a message?
  11. I am so delighted to get a traditional with a 180 degrees sea view! The first picture is just after moving in day (The moss green continental with @Blush Bravin 's porch wraparound is mine) I can see slivers of sea from the back top windows too. For some reason my garden is raised up a bit so I am looking over roofs back and front. Nice neighbours too. This combination of having lots to look at, and distant views is so satisfying to me. I am unpacking, making lists, and for the very first time got to 'parcel full' on a 1024 plot before I felt itchy to move. Never say never, but this will do for now...big smiles
  12. Peachtree + Bellisseria = Eerie seal birthplaces Peachtree is well known for its spooky baby seals, don't have nightmares!
  13. Part of the fun is the random allocation of plot, I did find myself wondering what would happen if our refreshers moved on to the wider grid. The trouble I see is that a localised covenant doesn't really cover the longest draw distance, unless the abandoned land is large enough. You could still see the low slung skyboxes, and full bright wotsits in neighbouring regions.
  14. I hope this will work! Using the anagram generator of your choice (or even pencil and paper and the sweat of your brow!), Create an anagram of a region name plus the word Bellisseria The aim is to create amusement, and the reward is the glowing feeling of esteem flowing from your fellow forumites. Examples; Hammond Park + Bellisseria = do reliable marksmanship Quite appropriate for our keen refreshers looking for a home there! Fuhrbol + Bellisseria = Bill Flourishes Bare Deary me, and in a moderate area too, we should start a forum thread to discuss the ins and outs of that one
  15. Are we allowed to know where that was now? Might help to understand Patch's clueing.
  16. Sailing! Similar to the shopping my son brings home on his motorbike!
  17. Please remove nozzle carefully Elspeth. BLAST
  18. Yes, much better for those people! Hopefully some who have less time to spend can find a lovely spot and enjoy Bellisseria as residents.
