  1. Looking further south, the Lighthouse island seems to pop up first before being built on, and that's before the red perimeters of imminent imminence. Puzzling...hmmm.
  2. That is nice! Which abandon did you abandon with abandon, and then regret abandoning?
  3. Yes, you can just see the house top left. The pathway gets so steep it turns into a rocky ramp and just goes to that house.
  4. Ashton Village. The one below is located in Shady corners. 33 steps. edit: 34 there's a landing just out of shot, my favourite so far!
  5. I was wondering that. (after searching the sea bed to make sure there were no hidden mermaid houses ) @Christhiana that's interesting.
  6. Any ideas why Lulas Grotto might have a red surround? So far as I can see there are no homes there. Waterberry has the same thing.
  7. For some odd reason I seem to really like the houses that have, what would be in real life, a ludicrous number of steps up to the front door. The property pictured is not an extreme example, but just what I could find just now to picture as an example. (24 in this case) I'm wondering if anyone else out there has been counting? What is the longest / highest number of steps up to a front door in Belli?
  8. Targetting abandoned plots would maybe work better. Try early morning before you go to work.
  9. I wondered if I'd been missing something, but it does seem to have been a slow day abandon-wise.
  10. I had this swimming pool in my inventory, and because it is moddable I could take it apart and use the animated water texture and that made quite a difference. The rocks came from this pond set and the dunes I made from a Linden library texture (beach sand) and a sculpty 'noise sphere' (not sure where that came from). I guess it is about lifting up the water, then hiding that change of level in various ways?
  11. @Elena Core thank you! I made the pond . You can just see fence posts in the background, everything behind that is Mole built.
  12. The Place Order button has been moved to the top of the advert listing page when ordering L$0 items, to make completing the order quicker. Filters for removing demo and / or limited items / gachas from Marketplace searches are very close to being ready for deployment. I'm not if anyone mentioned these marketplace tweaks. This would be really welcome to me as a shopper! Could be, or maybe it avoids redoing a chunk of coding that the name change would create in the PPlus account?
  13. Gardening on sand in Westvale. This plot is very open and I'm lucky enough to have open space around. So I experimented with a 'borrowed landscape' design, obscuring the perimeter and making it feel like the garden space is larger than in reality. You can just see Stanley the Koi peering out of my rock pool. I think he is happier than in the swimming pool of the last place! It really is amazing how the various repeated elements of Bellisseria landscape come together to make for such a varied feel in different parts of the continent. Those moles sure are talented, and I'm really impressed that the designers coming up with such a mix of ideas and make efforts to come up with something new, even though they are obviously under time pressure.
  14. Hilarious description. Maybe we need some nice warm woolly polo necks on the applier layer to go under these?
  15. ooh that is big, and it ends properly at a coastline. I wonder about the dark green strip...to be landscaped after the continents collide?
  16. That sounds lovely! If you have been away you may have missed the change of covenant, particularly this bit Decoration should not be placed out any earlier than 30 days in advance of any holiday or season represented and must be removed within 15 days of the holiday or season passing.
  17. That's really interesting, thank you!
  18. What about the inevitable fluff sticking to the remaining adhesive though? A good thick thermal vest would blur the contours, maybe a safer option for us wusses.
  19. To add to the confusion, after reading @Alyona Su 's comments above I think I muddled my tapes. I'm glad those poor cold avatars won't find it painful to remove their outfits. The uncomfortable positions, and facial expressions pictured must be due to a different cause. Mind you, we can't be sure, maybe they got a mega-pack of some generic unbranded stuff from that popular online auction site, and only discovered afterwards that it only sticks to what you don't want it to?
  20. For those that can't get inworld, Sassafras has amazing cliffs, a continuation of the gorge in Canyon Ball Run love it! Havenbarrow is next door, looks ready. Both are a mix of trad / camper. Butterhedge is lovely, part trads, part campers.Howling Pines next door is just as green and leafy, and has the same mix of plots. It's anyone's guess, good luck everyone!
  21. @Chic Aeon i didn't even notice that 'more info' link! Thank you for this.
  22. Yup, this is simultaneously annoying and tedious. Can I add outfits which seem to be constructed entirely from black gaffer tape? Not sure what USA equivalent vocabulary is.
