  1. I presume she has submitted a support ticket? Has she checked on the status of it? She can always ask another question on it
  2. Well today is Sunday and Our Billing team is available from 9am to 6pm EST(6am to 3pm PST), Monday through Friday. https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support
  3. It was actually founded in 1993 https://www.kickitout.org/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kick_It_Out_(organisation)
  4. If its anything like marketplace listings, sometimes the oddest thing is thrown back as not being an allowed word.
  5. Is nobody curious why @Rolig Loon was suddenly trying to respond to a 1823 day old thread?
  6. Sometimes when you gt the incorrect password thing, you just need to file a support ticket and LL do their magic. Then after 24 hours you can log in. Happened to me a couple of years ago.
  7. I have been refunded but that's not the point. A company specialising in unusual lightbulbs should know better than to stick a bulb in a cardboard box with nothing to protect it and send it out by Royal Mail.
  8. Thanks, I just somewhere in my head had 10 + 1.49 . Maybe that was my personal buying at some point
  9. 8 euro is about $9 US. I don't think that is enough to cover the minimum buy + fees
  10. Pet peeve: Paying for an expensive vintage style light bulb to enhance a new lamp that arrives as basically just rose gold coloured glass shards. Then when you complain that it arrived as a bulb in a box with NO packing at all, they say sorry theres a pandemic on and so there is only skeleton staff working in the factory. I'll refund you. Please remove your feedback from our amazon listing. NO i won't the feedback is still legit. They also wanted picture proof (fair enough) but that resulted in a bloody finger
  11. Of course, my boobs stay perfectly perky when I lay down in RL too. I never have bed head and I strut down the high street with the most perfect wiggle oh wait, nvm I just woke up
  12. I went out the house for the first time in 14 weeks yesterday. It was glorious. Sunshine, countryside and birdsong. Then returned home to an email from school saying my son had been singled out for special praise for the homeschooling work he has been submitting. Proud mum I am glad I bought him a new bike last week which he finally got to use last night. After all that time stuck within the same 4 walls, it was a little daunting to leave and I almost chickened out.
  13. Please see @Odaks post and mine above. Tell your friend to open firestorm, do not log in and go to Help → About Firestorm and paste all the information here. It might help people diagnose the problem rather than just it's crashing.
  14. It would be much better if your friend posted here and went to Help - About on the log in screen and pasted all the info here. This is actually a forum for the second life viewer, has she tried downloading and using that?
  15. Well I am reviving this thread because my heart is warmed that after 13/14 weeks I get to leave my house by the front door and I can't stop singing this. We have tickets to go to the local Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust. It's limited access, outdoor and with social distancing measures in place. It will be much better than my first venture outside being a visit to the shops or something mundane like that.
  16. I paid £138 ($ 170) for a 4 day, 3 hour a day Minecraft/Roblox coding course last month for my youngest. This was a treat to make up for our holiday being cancelled. He loved it and wanted to do the second version planned for summer but its over subscribed. There is no way I would be paying $295 for him to play online all week.
  17. Pet Peeve: Dano's hairy ass needing a back sack and crack as soon as he gets out of lockdown
  18. See where it says show maturity levels?
