I got on to one of the region's twilight woods first time, however there is a ten minute time limit to claim the free heads before it says you'll be teleported home and you need to wear the Lelutka group tag to claim them. Took near enough the whole ten minutes for the region to Rez for me it's so popular.

By the looks of it they could be objects deeded to group I'm on group owned mainland and had to do that to a media player though on my minimap the object shows more as pink. While unlikely on Firestorm at least you can set individual people to come up as purple on minimap as opposed to the standard green, yellow (friends), blue (LL employees)

I noticed a lot of the landscaping communal furniture and fencing is basically lifted from "Welcome Back Island" I do like how that region is presented overall, however a lot of the stuff there has a shockingly high Li.

Think I may be hanging on to my stilt a while longer yet. Meadowbrook for me was the least bad Linden Home 1.0 option. I did try most of the styles since it wasn't worth getting 512sqm land the short time I was premium years ago. Maybe it's just me but some of the homes have a Trompe Loeil look about them externally. Well that was my first thought with the Bradbury bungalow. While the homes aren't terrible. I'm not sure I want to give up what I have when I have something similar looking from Trompe in my inventory

TMP Lagacy is not free never has been you must be thinking of TMP Classic which is L$1/free and never required a group join when a couple of my alts got them. Unless you already have a well stocked TMP wardrobe it's not a body stores are bothering to support. Support was well on wain in 2017/18 the store even made all it's inhouse clothes free. any content you do find will be years old

I have been part of a group that claims it was going to give away free land once it had so many members, no free land has ever been given away. I was also an active user of "Trilegy" free land until the owner left and Gov Linden reclaimed the land. I am dubious about the "forever" aspect as at some point someone or rather the team will decide to stop funding the land. if you don't own mainland regions for which it's very rare nigh on unheard of to have several contiguous full regions available that land will poof when not paid for at least with mainland people will have time to rescue their objects before it all gets returned

First off you should make any land group owned if you want your future tenant to have any about land rights, which i think i can see in your pic. Second create a group role for your tenants then go through and tick everything in the section(s) relating to about land. Definitely allow your tenant to add people to the ban list allowing them to control parcel access not essential i don't think. If i were looking for new mainland to rent i would want it empty for my needs. some people do like to have a house they can start decorating straight away If you are trying to rent and sell at the same time that's not a good idea. Unless i could guarantee the land would be taken off the market once i started renting, I would not rent somewhere like this knowing the rug could get pulled from under me it's more than likely the new owner will want the land for themselves
