If you are struggling with the 351 Li of Bellisseria there are double prim 1024's that exist. For the reasonable price of up to L$638/sqm you can buy a lot in Horizons, if you use one of the optional house's the double Li may just be enough to Rez all your high Li furnishings. Nautilus City is double Li too the most reasonably priced lots are just under L$100/sqm however you'll have to factor in the Li of the property you use

If you are in a 512sqm home you can abandon and try for a 1024 property beyond that you will have to go through everything you have rezzed see what's eating the most land impact and try and source something that has a lower Li. You can also try linking non animated objects doing so can shave off some Li use

I've never purchased a shape for myself just spent the last 14 years tweaking and refining the shape i do have. i have used free/cheap complete avatars or pre-made shapes on alts when i haven't been settled on a long term look and there's often something will need tweaking, either the height sliders are maxed out, arms a touch short looking etc. because creators either omit that info or use a pose and/or outfit and/or ad style that doesn't show these things. If i was in the market for a shape for myself i wouldn't buy one i couldn't demo first

Since the region of Baltro appears to be an original Linden home Meadowbrook region which does unfortunately allow the use of ban lines. Assuming you're on Firestorm since it may not be the same in other viewers. you can click on the region name at the top of the screen where the menu options are or click World > Parcel details or if able to right click land and select about land and get the about land window up, if you use the navigation bar click Land to get it up, click the Access tab and you can control access as you wish. With the original Linden homes regions hardly visited these days there isn't much need to enable ban lines If you are in a Bellisseria property the best you'll be able to do as far as ban lines go is to add people to the ban list

The Coniston also has a third lot of sliding doors in the big main room of the house

I've used the boat linked by Coby and the yellow life raft in the related items a lot around Blake Sea/Satori/Nautilus/Corsica/Gaeta and from the Rez area next to my Bellisseria on pier stilt when I lived there. Just jump in and set it going all you have to do is steer, handles region crossings well at faster speeds. If you want slower than this boat will go get the life raft

The body skins are included as BoM boxed up with the Maitreya body i believe both Glam Affair's old and new skin tones are included and don't require any add on fixes for the hands/feet. If you ever get a mesh head the 'Origin' line of Lelutka heads include Glam Affair's older skin tones if you don't use BoM mode though Glam Affair do sell head skins for Lelutka Evo/X and other heads to match their current tones. It may no longer be the case but Maitreya used to have a small selection of Glam Affair full body system skins available in their store

My mainland residence is in the sky. the land is dual use it made more sense for me to have the store side on ground level to attract potential passing trade from the bordering welcome center and have some more personal not so laggy space to do things in the sky

You are charged for your maximum land holdings in the month even if you abandoned land 1 second after buying it. if you owned the Linden Home at the same time as the land that's why you are being charged $7

The set is sold as 4 individual components three L$75 per item, the basket is L$50

Aside from the location not being all that great I tossed my first one when I saw a 512 and thought I'd accidentally chosen the wrong plot size.

Incase no one noticed or hasn't been able to get a home yet, if you go for the 1024 option you can choose between having a 512 or 1024 house rezzed.

Managed to roll Cathcarts Fumble too, got a nice enough corner plot backing on to a pond with good communal facilities near by that I'd willingly keep but have been having issues TPing or logging into the region. It may get tossed back if it keeps being a problem

I just landed one in Atkins Depot hopefully the location looks nicer in world than what I'm seeing on map Whoever gets my on pier in Bumpus I hope they enjoy it as much as I did

This area in red is 'Rouge' I don't think anyone has speculated what this theme could be. My guess would be 'Asian' a "Shareta Osumai" upgrade since red is an important colour Asian culture. Though it could well be something very different
