GF somehow went from normal Win 10 to black background to all letters white. If you all bother

Hi, probably been asked before, but didn't find it in search. I get "no payment info on file" in my profile and when trying to enter some places in-world," even though I've registered a VISA credit/debit card to my account. It's registered on my billing information. Suggestions?
