Before you go to the expense of buying a larger parcel look as see if you can find areas you could do what i call "eprimamising" it's quite easy to find furniture items that when not in use occupy a single pim/1Li or you could source a lower LI home (if you are not in a Linden home) if your home and/or furniture is copy/mod you could always try getting rid of some unnecessary prims/Li (which may be slightly advanced for a newbie) if it goes wrong you can always rezz a fresh version and start over. if reducing your prim usage is a no go by all means find a larger parcel

It is possible to adjust the body colour in the HUD when i was using an old skin, i demoed the body and using the closest pre-set skin tone then used the 'colour picker' to fine tune the body's skin to perfectly match mine, Slink has a skin tone HUD too so you can adjust the body skin to yours but i found i couldn't get it to go pale enough but will work out well if you are more tan

Before i joined in '08 SL had already been given a bad rep by the media as a place where paedophiles would hang out at virtual playgrounds with kid av's. but on the other side through true life magazines and magazine programs it was seen as a place for dating as people told their stories of how they met via SL but got married and had children in RL

Depending on the colour of the skin you should be able to match the colour of the body via a hud i know it was possible on the physique body and the reason i ruled it out as i couldn't get a close match to the skin i was using

I have 4-5 hairs that i used to have on regular rotation for a few years before discovering L$50 Fridays hair these two that i wore most often are both Elikatira, if i remember right Pretend and Changes.

Must make time to have a proper browse when the sim is less packed. I didn't see the sim go above 41av's i'm not premium and managed to get in on 40 after a few tries thought it would be lot harder to get in to on opening day

Grabbed this head before i had to log yesterday (didn't time to try it) had i seen it was more or less a demo i don't think i would have wasted my time and L$10 joining the group to get it

I don't live in a themed community as such but since all bar my 1024sqm and two 512sqm's worth of land in the sim is abandoned i guess the theme would be Barren, Bare, Abandoned etc. Nearest i've been to living in an actual themed community was in "Free land" (Trilegy) and all the mainland sims that made up the free land had huge multi storey apartment buildings to live in or a mansion you could have a room in if you didn't want to rezz your own building

Doubt they would i think it's only retired products that get discounted, normal price on the occasions i've been to the store the body was L$2750 and there was always people crowded round the display

That site is awesome Not coming to a record shop near you any time soon lol The jacket @Marianne Little posted was so gorgeous i had to hunt it out no alpha included but the fitmesh size only alpha-d by something i was wearing prior works really well on a classic body

For the time being till i have enough save in my alt i'm still using the classic body having demoed all the most popular bodies i decided on going Maitreya partly because it was the only body i could use out of the box with my old skin until i'd want to invest time skin shopping, partly because the HUD was easy to use partly because i liked how the body looked in relation to my current shape

If you just want a hud that does AO and dance Akeyo is a really good option any animations you buy in store whilst wearing the AO HUD are automatically added to the HUD any animations you buy elsewhere you rezz the HUD inworld and drop them in contents in edit mode and they are automatically configured to work

Assuming no blocking and de-rendering/blacklisting is going on, unless something new has come along as best i know it's possible to be visibly completely invisible (nothing not even name tag on show) all you want but you are never invisible to mini-map, radars, chat, bumps, pushes & hits log or anything that logs your presence in a sim. When i was still allowed in Linden Realms it was not uncommon in the lucrative sims to see or rather not see an incognito Av sat in prime position to block the maximum number of crystals from rezzing unlucky for them they were always visible on mini-map and/or my radar would say xyz resident has entered chat range

I've used Lumiya quite a few times since it's stopped appearing in the TPV to quickly check an alt's balance see how much i've saved towards a planned purchase and it's showing up as available to download in my library on a new Android device. I have seen a few people pop-up in, in-world groups wondering why Lumiya's not on the list but not yielded any insight. I do hope it's not the end for the app as it's the only SL app for Android that's worth bothering with

I think because it's SL it doesn't matter too much where the piano is positioned as long as it's placed somewhere any included animations that place you on or around the piano don't place you in a wall, outside your property or anywhere you don't want to be

You can wait for the weekly restarts Main channel sims Tuesdays RC channel sims Wednesdays or request a restart through a support ticket/live chat. if you think the sim is at blame.

A couple of months ago land in a neighbouring sim to mine was auctioned off definitely purple on map around the time some near by land a store was on in my sim got reclaimed and abandoned, the most that's happened in the sim since is all but 512sqm of abandoned land as far back as 2010 got consolidated in to one lot of abandoned land so lucky or not all the land around me and in direct border sims is either abandoned or protected

It's neither the shape or the body, you should look for male skins on the marketplace that have Abs there's loads of them don't buy anything you can't demo as you may regret it or there may be such thing as a tattoo layer or applier (mesh body) enhancement to give you the muscly look

Don't worry the bride and groom probably can't log on either
