Trans woman new to SL, hoping to make good friends
Marth Coberts replied to SiriLve96's topic in Make Friends
Can confirm I was merely poking a bit of fun at you. Sorry. It is true though, at least for the most part: Sensible people nowadays don't care whether or not you're a boy, a girl, otherkin, or whatever other gender there is, and would rather judge on merits and interactions. Momma always told me it's what's inside a person that counts the most, and we're all the same color on the inside, ain't we? Anyways, Welcome to Diamond City Second Life and all that. -

Sex? Here on the internet, we don't care about your sex. EVERYONE's a dog on the internet, and yet no one seems to know it. -
What did your avatar look like when you first started SL?

While they're still rigged, Catseye's got a few styles that are pretty furry friendly. I tried both Venus and Felicia, both of which I'm generally satisfied with. The image below is my current avatar, with the Felicia style. Snout ain't equine length, but the hair should stay out of the way regardless. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/58375?search[category_id]=17&search[maturity][]=General&search[maturity][]=Moderate&search[maturity][]=Adult&search =1&search[per_page]=12&search[store_id]=58375

Still rockin' mu burd. Iunno, I still kinda like how I took one of my old favourites and made it mesh compatible.

This thread needs more video game music.

I heard last names were coming back. When?

And those of us that aren't can whip out our old pre-mesh avatars, and beat up the naysayers with our prims and sculpties. -

Looking for some furry-friendly spots to hang out, suggestions?
Marth Coberts replied to LilithServil's topic in Make Friends
As stated, I wasn't doing Anything related to it, merely answered a question that I was asked. The most I would have had was some of the accessories, but they were being used as just that: accessories. Meant to be part of the outfit I might have been wearing at the time. -

One newbie asked if I played Bloodlines while I was there. I answered with yes along with a heavy dose of not recommended for new users. Nearly got banned for merely answering the question. Was doing nothing to indicate I was doing Bloodlines related stuff there, anyway. -

I'd actually avoid Caledon, they're pretty jumpy with the ban hammer. NCI's Spot at Kuula's alright, but it's more of a general hangout than it is a furry one. Due to it's spot it's prone to griefer attacks, though Might have to stick with the Adult ones. Yiff Hangout's a decent enough group, not so much kink filled as you'd think. -
I'd be lucky to even find my butt. For all I know I'd have a foot coming out my mouth, a hand where my butt should be, and my stomach takes place of my face, but Butt is nowhere to be found.

I'm actually listening to a few, but here's my current favourite:

I do agree that switching to Mesh still takes some getting used to, but I still got a couple of appearances that use nothing but system, prims, and sculpties back like it's 2013, and they still look relatively fine. I can also further agree that Mesh Clothing tends to be easier to work with that sculpt clothing. That is, to say, almost no need to worry about making it fit.

I'm mostly of the same mind as Fluffy just above me. I will add on with the following: If they don't charge for the model that is ripped, then all should be fine. EDIT: I meant of like Blender Models, not of things in SL Itself.

Wait, how'd I miss this post? Nier: Automata will play with your emotions, especially that true ending scene, Dust: An Elysian Tail will drop your heart like an ugly baby, A Hate in Time will warm it, and even Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask will make you realize the futility in the effort you put in. If done right, a Video Game can take your heart, rip it into little pieces, kick it around, THEN hand it back all covered in dirt for you to deal with it.

The graphics, physics engine, and sound design are all 10/10s, buuuttt.... The gameplay sucks, the controls are confusing, tutorial lasts WAY too long, no PVP whatsoever, resources are difficult to grind, and everyone's arguing whether or not there's an Admin.

If you don't mind Kemono and the Fitted Torso for it, Starbright's got some fairly decent stuff.

I know I'm late and I'm sorry for necroposting, but where did you get the information that the new homes will be of the 1024 size?
