Heh I know a large portion of my tenants don't speak English or know English as a second language. I have even had tenants bring a friend to translate for them before.

I actually figured this was intended for some reason so I never bothered reporting it, so glad it's actually a bug.

I had thought of that but the picture I posted is the map image itself... the first one doesn't do it on the map (I don't have the image handy but it's perfect) I believe the issue with the full size version is due to me using cut/hollowed prims (5 faces per prim to reduce the LI). I haven't had a chance to do further testing with it yet to see if there is a way to make all the white faces show as 1 color. I tried full bright but that made no difference.

Will the Horizons resource pack be updated to include the textures?

Well hopefully it works for me too... if it does, I might end up offering a few more below cost.

I'm confused as to how you feel like you should get a further discount. The original post about the tier buy down clearly states it's a $600 one time fee for your tier to be reduced to $195. It doesn't say "For $600 your tier will always be $100 lower than the regular price" as far as I can tell you are still getting your $195/month rate which is what you paid for. They didn't need to say it's for a limited number of months because it's not. Your tier is $195/month until you get rid of the sim. If you believe they have been untruthful then please point it out because I (and I assume many others) don't see it. All I see is people on grandfathered rates getting angry that other people are getting discounts that they aren't getting and that is just being childish.

What is being done regarding people still using traffic bots? It has been almost 9 years since Linden Lab Official:Bot policy was written and I am still seeing traffic bots on the grid today. Once such place I reported back in May but it seems like as they are a big group (it's a large land owner, they are actually the largest Mainland land owner) they are allowed to run the traffic bots. Another I reported in July and I have not seen the bots go down at all.

A fair price? Is there even such a thing? You have chosen multiple things which make this parcel more valuable then others, it is Zindra, protected water, large parcel. If you aren't willing to pay the price then lower your expectations and find land somewhere else or work out what YOU want to pay for it and send the owner an offer. The price anyone else says it is worth means absolutely nothing because it is you that wants to buy it, you that wants to use it.

I've been crunching the numbers and approximately 0.2% of Zindra is abandoned land and the south east corner is still abandoned... Food for thought.
