Does anyone know a foolproof way to pan-fry gnocchi without it sticking to the pan? I have managed to do it properly before...but I don't have a clue how I did it! Seems like it's down to luck. The other day I tried it and it stuck to the bottom of the pan, so I had flaky burnt bits everywhere 😬. I usually use a small amount of olive oil...

One salad I really like in summer is watermelon, orange, red onion, cucumber, avocado and butter beans, drizzled in lime juice I agree that strawberry and chicken doesn't sound that appetising!

The thought of going back to the office ☹️ Honestly feeling depressed about it. Had plans to move out of London and go to a coastal area near my sister, and work remotely...but nobody has confirmed what the new WFH rules are 😕 (By the way, I know I have it easy and that other people, including family and friends, have had to leave home to work throughout it all...so not looking for sympathy...) Peeve 2: foxes are 'doing the do' outside my flat most nights at 3-4am 😴

I would say that if you are worried about the artist not getting their cut and you would feel morally wrong by streaming without checking the licence - don't do it. But otherwise, sure 🙂 There is no way anyone is going to log into SL to check up on clubs, or run up the cost and effort of trying to track you down, not knowing if you even have any money to pay them. Also, a few clubs require DJs to have their own streams, so if there are 12 different DJs playing there in one week, how is anyone going to make sense of who plugged in when and played what? It's up to you of course, but if you want to DJ but are worried about getting into trouble, it won't happen. Nobody even gets into trouble openly streaming sets and sharing their RL details on Twitch or FB Live (though YT usually cuts a stream off if it detects copyrighted music...).
