I laugh when people get upset when posts are "reported". If it isn't a post that shouldn't be n the forums then why worry about it? Just because you report something doesn't mean anything will be done about it. Trust me, I've reported many a post where that report was simply ignored. Also, you have no idea if the post was reported or the mod just happened to read it and take action. You bring this up a lot. Are many of your posts removed? I'm curious now.

There are some people, ok one person, on this forum that have overly exaggerated posts that are mostly likely the opposite of how they really are in person. A puppet might you say. Why do they do it? I suspect they find it more interesting to post in this way finding more and more ways to be disagreeable or just skate under the forum rules. If you don't see this you are too sensitive and should get off the internet. I post how I think and feel. I don't follow norms though there are certain people that I find always have great insight or a posting style I like, as do others, which may make it seem like a pile up. Some people agree with what I say....A LOT of people don't. Shrugs, if I cared what strangers on the internet thought of me I'd have left these forums a longgggg time ago. I post here because it's entertainment. @Gopi Passiflora if you don't find value or the people here to your liking and it upsets you then WHY in heaven's sake are you here at all? Honestly, go find something better to do with your time because very few people will change because you called them meanies.

If the creator took the time and effort to create something I don't understand the entitlement that people have wanting it Mod so they can do changes here and there without putting in the full effort. I don't create things but if I did I would make it no mod because it was I that took the time to make it. I want it shown as I made it. Not for someone else to do with it what they please. If you want something that looks different then make it yourself. No copy is another thing though. I don't think items sold should ever be sold "no copy". Am I ever going to get that? Probably not so I limit the no copy items to things that I really feel I can't do without. Of course there are many reasons why someone would want modify rights and I know what they are so you don't have to tell me. lol I would prefer that most things be no mod, copy or transfer. If you don't like the item as it is then don't purchase it.

My guess is that if you haven't updated your head since 2021 you are not going to get a replica of your Chole head. I also wanted to match my LAQ head when I bought an Evo X head and I just had to come to the realization that it just wasn't going to happen I settled for something that I thought was pretty. I know a lot of people identify with the face of their avatar but with the way technology is I think we have to be open to change.

I have a couple of people blocked and derendered in a club that I go to. I thought that blocking someone muted their chat to you in local but all it is doing is making their name and chat a very light gray. It still shows up. Is there a option to turn that off in Firestorm? I'd rather not see or read their chat as that was the main point in blocking them.

You can use any security orb you want you just have to follow the covenant rules for the orb. Find one that allows only groups and use that.

I don't think so. I've never run into anyone on the forum except one person at fogbound. I doubt anyone has ever run into me. Even at shopping events I've never seen people I know.

The head is Lulutka Billie Shape is Midori's Babi but I modified it to kinda look like the LEA picture which uses the Avalon head The skin is ND/MD Lea Skin - Toast Hair is WingsSD EF310 Not many shapes or skins for Billie. Most are shown using the Avalon head. Thank you for the compliment.

LOL Totally agree. I also find it interesting that some of the same people that complained that it would show Premium Plus status on their profile or POF have no issue at all revealing what their computer set up is like and how much it cost. Also the original post question has nothing to do with SL at all so not sure why it's allowed.

I rarely look at reviews. Most have only 1-5 reviews and those are the ones that are suspect. Anyone can create 5 alts and submit a review. The only reviews I "may" take seriously are ones that have 20+ -40 reviews. You can be sure that ones that have VERY high positive reviews the store has given out an incentive to post a review, such as a newly released TV.

I looked (not at yours cause I'd no way of knowing how to find it) and all you can do is "flag photo". You have no way of knowing if it was someone here or a random person on Flickr.

Personally I think LL handled it by releasing their statement. Any other information should be kept confidential, including how they handled it. The only thing I would expect them to do is reiterate the TOS on what is and is not acceptable behavior in Second Life.
