it's because your ISP has flagged emails from LL as spam. the amount of emails sent when you log in etc, so their email provider places a block on your email address. there are 2 ways to resolve: 1) change your email address (perhaps to a gmail one, but keep a record of the old one in case you ever need to recover account) 2) contact your email provider to get emails from LL "whitelisted" then contact support and ask them to remove the block How do I know? happened to me and option 2 was how I got it fixed.

Personally I was, and still am, supportive of the bb bots. They never were able to obtain personal information (and I'm a big fan of making GDPR complaints). For info: I've made GDPR requests to ll on piof and non piof accounts and nothing that is personal information is visible to bots. (Note to moles before people run reporting: relevant bit as it highlights what can't be collected). At least they published what they were doing on a website for people to see unlike so many of the anonymous bot services. @Skyler Pancake

During that period the owner of the account can continue to login as normal. On the 8th day, the account is put on delinquent hold for 30 days. Paying up the account during that time will reinstate it. On the 31st day (or 38th depending on how you look at it), the account is closed, and the land turned over to Governor Linden.

But as has been said elsewhere each case is unique. A tiny bit of your house encroaching and it's obvious you've tried to make it all fit is entirely different to huge structures blocking the road
