Thank you everyone and without reading them all again, someone mentioned something I was wearing. Because I didn't have time to take things off I relied on LL helping. They have been really good and finally managed to 'undress' my avi and I apparently stayed logged in. So now I need to very slowly 'make my avi' again and take note of what I am wearing etc. I'm very grateful for ALL comments and very grateful to the support team at LL for their help. Rhianna xxxx

Thank you everyone for the suggestions, have tried quite a few of them to no avail but I have submitted a ticket.Tried firestorm and my avi looked like BOM had been switched off and then it disconnected. Don't have time to get undressed I'm disconnected with 10 secs. So I'll just have to wait and see I guess, oh and the sim has been restarted so it's not that. Thank you again.

I previously posted the question about SL crashing within minutes of logging in. Well have tried it with another avi (an old non mesh) and it worked OK with her. So now the question is why, with her and not Rhianna? TIA

Since last night SL viewer has been playing up for me. I can log in, although connecting to world seems to take awhile. Then as soon as I move my cursor SL just crashes back to my computer screen (no blackness, no we are logging you out). Tried teleporting to another location but still crashes. Any ideas??? Thank you

How do I do that Orwar? The neck is darker than the body yet they are both supposed to be the same. TIA 😊

Thank you so much everyone. I have a lelutka head and maitreya body. Everything is OK until I try to put on the skin which came from Lure. When I put on the body, excellent, when I then add the head it shows where the neck and head meet. A lovely lady talked me through but I still can't get it to work. I have BOM on and I'm not wearing any alphas as she suggested. I'm doing something wrong but can I hell find out what!!!!

Hi everyone, I watched tutorials on YouTube regarding the new heads, bodies, skins etc but for some unknown reason I just cannot retain all the info needed to update my avi. Is there anywhere on SL where I can just go and buy a complete updated avatar? If not my next option would be to find someone inworld who would help (UK time) Thank you

My avatar used to be a child but I would like to change her to an adult but I have NO clue AT ALL how these new bodies, heads etc work. Is there somewhere on SL that I can go to learn how to "refurbish" my old avatar. Or is someone willing to help me....thank you
