I actually don’t!! It’s delicious!! It was more of a poke at the “I had two houses and four kids at your age. You should stop eating avocado toast and save!!” crowd.

I think it’s a little more nuanced than that. Sometimes, I click like if someone says exactly what I was thinking. Sometimes I really just like the idea of what someone said. I’m an idea person, so I really don’t care who posted something, I’ll like what I like regardless of past disagreements. I’m also aware that not everyone is like that. If you disagree with them...you’re out to get them, can dish it out but can’t take it, all that kind of stuff. There is also a dark side to the reaction buttons. There’s the scornful laugh, the confused one. Sometimes people just post things, just to get a reaction sticker without really adding anything and end up derailing a really good thread because they basically wanted a sticker. No system is perfect. Even if they weren’t there we’d still have the same serial posters, trolls, etc, etc. The fact that they don’t always get a reaction should probably tell them something, but it doesn’t. Ahhh, forum life....

And I liked his thing on multi threading.... Ah well, maybe we’ll get a SL2 with a better graphical backbone and some serious restrictions on uploading so the it’ll run better.

I own a 2048 on Heterocetera. The most I would do is upgrade to a 4096, but I really would be happy adding the 1024 next to my land that is all beach front. Since the land baron that bought it is selling it for a ridiculous price, I’ll probably be waiting a long time for that. It’s either pay the price or wait them out. In real life, I own a house in Montreal and a cabin in the hinterlands of Qc. They were willed to me, I’m still a millennial. I’m still saving up for a house where I’m living in the US and that’s pretty pricy. Getting there though, no avocado toast for me on the weekends.

SL still needs a Torley to do YouTube videos with neat tips and tricks, newer features, etc.

Most of the time people are just using static poses when they're standing still. There are pose AOs out there though. Stun poses makes really nice standing poses. They also do "breathing" standing poses, which are subtly animated static poses.

Something generic and non copyrighted

It tastes like meat really, like eating a skirt steak...it’s just a little more chewy than regular meat. what I do is cube it up and salt it. Throw some flour on and brown it. Chop up my veggies and herbs (thyme and rosemary) throw it all in a crock pot with some red wine. 1) your house is going to smell fantastic. 2) let it slow cook overnight, by the time you’re ready to eat it the next day, you wouldn’t know it was beef heart unless some one told you. 3) it’s super easy to make and it’s really like a comfort food in the winter.

Oh come on, a nice beef heart stew with some nice root veggies on a cold day doesn’t sound good?

It basically means they will be showing someone what you said.....a lot. I avoid people like that.

I like offal: beef heart stew, grilled chicken hearts, chicken gizzards, even tripe. I’d even eat hog’s head cheese (didn’t know what it was at first). Gotta draw the line at something. Anything that smells that bad, just can’t do it.

They smell exactly like intestines too 🤮

Grilled anchovies are great!!!! On pizza though.....nah

Unpopular opinion: I think the slap fights that happen here are goofy, yet hilarious...even when I’m involved in them.
