The best way I’ve found is to open World Map and look on the major Continents. TP there and open Mini-map right click and Show>property lines. Then go to each parcel and see if it’s owned or is all abandoned. Open a Support ticket when you find the area you like and ask to buy the Abandoned Land. Please, please make something people can expand on from on the Regions which are adjacent and don’t put up boundary walls or flat fake view blockers. Use the Edit Terrain>Smooth maximum size and maximum strength and wipe the whole Region until it’s smooth rolling contours show. Then make anything or ask a landscaper builder to do it (many will do it just for fun because they love SL Mainland) and with a little luck someone will notice and expand on your idea right beside it... and all around it... and so on and on 🗺 🌼

Casper will count any renters prims anywhere on the Region. So if your rentals are set up like a community, you could rent them a number of LI (prims) they can Rez ...so they could Rez anywhere like a beach cabana and an apartment in the sky and be counted by a single region wide prim counter, which must be deeded to the Group. 😋

There’s been some nice things happening around Satori. Only the Southern tip is connected to beautiful Bellisseria and it’s no Banlines covenant, but hopefully some entrepreneurs will realize how much more valuable this land is if it features sailing access to Bellisseria AND to Blake Sea. ⛵️

On that green Patch of very sticky radioactive slime you have so cleverly set out... add some cans of worms and some cookies as bait for the LDPW... once caught, they can be auctioned (held for ransom) until the funds for same have been raised... maybe? Since keeping all the Abandoned Land live and connected is (in one way or another) being paid for by the revenue generated by (and for) the greater good of everyone... let’s just buy it and make it as beautiful as it deserves to be. I know it’s a massive undertaking. I know how to do it and all that’s needed is a co-ordinated effort to make it so. If there is a Boss of this caliber who can conduct this project, I will help. I have a strong instinct that all that Abandoned Land is going to be needed. Once the cost of maintaining that is off the backs of LL and in Residents hands, land tier will drop. We are ALL already paying for that Abandoned Land so let’s not waste it 🗺 😉 Many thanks to the clever person who brought this to my attention. In SL there is nothing we can’t do for ourselves. We don’t need very much from LL and we certainly don’t need them to have to stretch their resources to the limit when we already are sitting on a gold mine of trees and wishing we had a forest instead... we already do have that forest. 😉

I think it was set up for April Fools day ...last year there was ‘weather’ in the new log homes as they were opening on April Fools Day also! My goodness I love their sense of humour!

Did you notice on the new World Map... the vast empty Void ...free of any Estates on its East side. Was it always like that or have some Estates moved out of the area?

This place is really amazing and the Owner is really a gem in SL. We initially went to check out our competition (to our place) and instantly fell in like with this guy! Visit this place and be prepared to spend some time checking out the Sky Viewer (Experience) and his Store and the Rentals are really beautiful. It's like a kind of Bellisseria that has escaped into a lovely area of Mainland! Well Done Rocky Mountain Park!

If I remember correctly there is Rock Climbing in The Rainforest area as well as a cave exploration once you reach the summit.
