For me also, as @Sylvia Tamalyn and @Rabid Cheetah ... I would buy Mainland over an Estate be to be connected to other Regions for the freedom of travel and exploration. CONS: You cannot change the maturity Rating: G, M or A on Mainland. Most Mainland has limited Terraforming +4/-4 m on most major Continents. PROS: Another advantage is if you own it or buy it as a Land Group you can allow people to contribute tier in lieu of rent and this is a big advantage to people not online regularly as the tier is paid by the tier donor to LL directly with no need to go through logging in to pay a landlord or a tier box or rent box if your tier is due ♥ A Land Group can have Rules similar to a Covenant to control such things as orbs or Banlines, theme of area, etc. A Land Group receives a 10% bonus so you only need 90% of the total square metres of tier to be donated to cover an entire Region.

Stonehenge in Laserlight Region and Edge Walker Park in Edge Walker Region are both General regions on the Mainland Continent of Corsica and have a nice drive through them on the Circuit La Corse (Linden Road). There's picnic area and exploring and Teegle Horse rezzers and usually some people around day or night. There are Moderate Regions to the west and some further East but most of those are family friendly places and a ways to the west there's a nice children's build.

This is an adventure you won't soon forget! You can Visit both locations by using a Teleport Experience portal! There is so much to see I can't begin to give it the description it deserves. Wow! That is stunning and by the looks of it, this Log was meant for you all along! It’s inviting and cozy with a timeless feeling of comfort as if you have lived there for a long time. Near where I live there’s a resort village in a National Park and some of the cabins have been there for three or more generations and this reminds me of those, transported into SL! 🏠🥰

Great news, Marianne! The new Chalets come in 8 models, which are 4 models with interior walls and 4 without. I really love the windmills and community areas in this new theme and the Community Centre (Drunken Mouse is wonderful)

Would having a Club next door really be a bad thing? It’s pretty hard to find a Club in SL with more than 5 people in it in my experience since being active in SL only since 2015. 😉

That's a really handy feature! I imagine some very nice builds will work on this transitional area between grass and rocky hill.

I have a Camper and Doc has a Houseboat in Belli, plus we have some Snowlands and a 1024 in a dammed lake on Sansara and some on Corsica which grew from a 4096 into several Regions because we love that area for boating and driving ...and the neighbours ♥

Find a URL for a music Stream you like and Ctrl+C Then open About Land>Sound and paste that stream Ctrl+V then Enter and wait a few seconds and it will start playing. There are Streams of other sounds like nature sounds, forest sounds, weather sounds, and also no sounds at all. I think you went to a Club and toggled the 🎶 ? And now your viewer has enabled 🎶
