    The optimist in me wants to read this as a chance for contemporary houses or chicago bunglawos (or something else new in style...give me bricks and stone!), but the pessimist wants to read this like X more variations of traditionals with slight tweaks.

    People from those countries just explained to you, that we do not celebrate Halloween, but somehow that list overides real experiance of natives/inhabitants from those countries? Nobody here expressed any hate for Halloween.

    Its been almost ~20 years, so my memory is foggy as hell, but when I was a child my parents had our bathroom completely redone aswell and I remember it took several weeks.

    I wish this forum had a hug reaction button... and I wish I wouldn't live at the other end of the country, so I could offer some real help, instead of just lending my attention and an open ear. But if it gives you any comfort: According to the WHO a runny nose is not among the most typical COVID symptomes (coughing and fever are the most common). A sore throat and a runny nose are instead top symptoms of the common cold. You had a lot of stress recently and we are in this weird time of year, when the weather switches between warm and cold. Just keep that thought in mind. I hope your doctor can do a home visit.

    I see Germany listed here, but can tell you from personal experiance that Halloween was not traditionally celebrated here. I was first introduced to the concept by american TV shows as a child, but nobody would celebrate it or decorate their houses and no children would go around the neighborhood to ask for candy. But you can make money with Halloween! So as time went on, the media and companies started to market Halloween more and more frequently, until it at least somewhat established itself as an artificial event, enough that people don't question pumkin decorations in stores.

    Didn't know that was possible. I got several messages from an orb yesterday, while being on the street and assumed that the orb would simply detect me, but couldn't do anything, since I didn't step onto the property itself. Maybe I just hadn't stood there long enough (timer was set to 25 seconds).

    Will do! Just don't be confused, I gave the deer to my male alt (thats why it also has antlers). But I'm easy to spot as "me".

    Its a TWI deer. It is fully customizable. The "skin" is basically what I mixed together with the HUD that came with the avatar + some third party content (the rings you see in the picture).

    I know you mean the thread name. But I wanted to point out, that none of the pictures here are "adult" or "18+", because the forum rules wouldn't allow that. And that doesn't change for the adult forum. As with all the other subforums, its more of a topic distribution, like... "talk about your favorite brand of private parts here" (but without using the necessary language of course, because think of the children! 🙃). The thread itself was doomed to die from the start, as it was made in an unsincere fashion by someone, who probably has no idea about the forum rules.

    Ok, fair point, then I misunderstood you. I went through the last five pages of the most recently active thread and honestly, I don't feel its that bad. Some pictures show a bit more skin, sure, but the forum guidelines keep the goods at least at the essentials covered. Of course, this is a littly sticky to discuss without pointing out pictures. That would probably just give birth to a new thread of pictures.

    Thanks! I was suspecting this was all just for the pictures, but I wanted to make sure. In theory, there could be a lighthouse visible from my boat, but if I turn up the draw distance that much, my FPS just dies.

    There are two things, that are not a good look when it comes to seeking relationships of any kind: 1. Bordeom 2. Desperation Your post radiates a bit of both at the moment, because its so blank. It says that you have nothing of interest to mention and that you are willing to collect any and all human contact that you can get. The most positive interpretation would be, that you just want to collect SL friends like some people collect facebook friends. An endless list with people, who you have never spoken to.

    Maybe we have a different understanding of what "sexy" can be. Still, that doesn't make someone advertising themselves for paid sexual services.
