IT IS NOT OKAY THAT ON THE MONDAY MORNING AFTER THE FREAKING TIME CHANGE SOME JERK TAKES THE LAST OF THE COFFEE AND DOESN'T MAKE A NEW POT

How about when you make an after dinner pot, pour it into the hot pot, expect there to be at least one cup left for in the morning, only to wake up to an empty hot pot! And to think he had been making a pot in the morning and leaving what he can't drink in the hot pot for me! Now, every morning I stumble to the kitchen wondering if there will be any coffee. Not a good way to start the day when, inevitably, there isn't any coffee! This morning? The first Monday after DST?  After I got rid of the ants that went after the plate he left on the counter over night... grabbed my cup, added my sweet first, (like I have done for decades) then went to fill my cup only to get enough for about 2 sips of coffee. WHAT!?!?

Your coffee process is complicated.

At my office there is an option for instant, on-demand coffee from concentrate. Or Keurig. No more making pots of coffee. But there's also a "Starbucks" in the cafe so lots of choices. At home, I have an automatic pour-over that I set for 4:15am, so it will beep in one minute.

Am I the only person who doesn't get any energy from coffee? It makes me feel jittery but not any more alert or functional. Normal tea is a better pick-me-up. I usually drink herbal stuff, so I definitely don't have a caffeine tolerance.

I can't drink coffee at all. My doctor would lecture me if I were stupid enough to try it again, and I would not hold it against him at all. It makes me jittery, but we also found I'm severely allergic to it the one time after thirty years being on the Earth, I decided to try it. 🙄

I ended up in the ER and hospital for a week (they had to keep close watch after me losing so much weight from the reaction my body had to coffee) after trying to drink half a cup at a friend's dinner party because I wanted to feel like one of the cool people. Will never forget that experience. Ah Memories...

I cannot even tolerate the smell of coffee now. I have a very sensitive system. I am allergic to a lot of things. Really, I have always preferred tea so I don't feel I'm missing anything.

So you're not the only one who cannot tolerate coffee. 😊
