My 2 cents: New customers are silver. Settled customers are gold, but never make the mistake to only cater to their wishes.

In the early years I had a few avatars and alts that required different characters. But I'm to lazy for that these days. I'm almost all the time in world as Sid now. He definitely has the same character as me in RL. But not my looks (good for him),

The guy talks with enthusiasm about being in SL, so we are good for the next couple of years I guess.

Why has the lab still not fixed that? Oow.... wait.

I haven't been on this forums for a long time and I just returned a few months ago. And I can only say that the general atmosphere has improved a lot since when I left. It is much more relaxed now than back then. Moderation has improved al lot over the years I was not here as well. And I'm very happy this forum is still very much about SL. The other big one that started as an SL forum I frequent (VVO) is now a days more about everything else and just a tiny bit about SL. And those reaction scores? Yeah right..... high school stuff. I would have chosen a different set of reaction buttons if I had a say during the development of a forum (agree-disagree-like-hug-laugh) but we have to work with the ones LL gave us.

If you had a chance to change your name in SL without restrictions (but just once), what would your new name be, and why would you choose that name (if not obvious)? I have to chew on that for a bit before I answer.

Watching the Tour de France. 9th Stage from Cluses to Tignes. Finish up hill at an altitude of 2107 mtrs after a 20 km climb. With halfway the stage the famous Col du Pré (HC). What else? It's good to be European during a sports summer.

It looks a lot like the Christmas event, but then without the Christmas decoration. A lot of the same shop holders as well. Nothing to really get excited about as a consumer IMHO. I gave up after visiting 3 of the sims.

The new designed plants, trees, fences and other scenery details are nicer than the homes IMHO. To me, the homes are too close to the chalet theme, but then with some extra fantasy wood and a tad different windows. I had expected houses partly tucked away in tree trunks or something.

A lot of berries go excellently with a lot of roasts. IMHO. Just like pineapple. Just don't bake them and top the dish with them when you finalize it just before serving. Drinking whine alongside with your meat is a fruit-meat combination too.

Why is (or isn't) pineapple on pizza the perfect ingredient? I love that juicy fresh bite on a pizza,

People should love their horses,dogs, rabbits, cats etc. and have fun with them, but don't use them in human organized competitions and circusses.

Most likely because you buy the wrong brand(s) of mayo or craft glue or both.

I totally hate sports with horses or other animals in it. People have a choice to participate or not. Animals don't. But the question was boring, not hate. So OT.

Which sport do you think is the most boring of all? To me, cricket comes close.

I'm not going to split hairs over this. I'm still all for an official by government installed national day to remember and celebrate the ending of a horrible part of our history.

Well, we still ain't at the waiting times Sansar had, so we still can add some more texture layers, lighting settings, avatar clothing and tatoo layers. Yay.

Keti Koti (Chains Broken) is something from the Surinamese community in the Netherlands. I think that outside the 4 big cities, Keti Koti is nothing more than the 30 seconds items in the news. And yes we have a national monument about the ending of slavery in the NL, but no official national holiday. And national holiday does not automatically mean a day off from work. Just that the government created an official day to remember. I'm all for that. The times that everybody got days off on national holidays are long gone since people got more days to take off whenever it suits themselves every year. And in now a days economies there isn't a day in the year at all that practically nobody works. We wanted a 24/7 society, we got it.

There are people advocating that we need something similar. There is a yearly remembrance day about the ending of slavery called Keti Koti om July 1st, but that is nothing official. Now some want a national holiday. There are suggestions coming from parliament as well. I'm all for it, to never forget these dark pages of Dutch history.

Search is the cheapest and easiest way to advertise your in world presence. So not showing your commercial or public interest parcel in search is a bad decision in my book.
