  1. Maybe we need to watch out for large spaceships as well?
  2. I would be somewhat astonished if there weren't more Victorians in the pipeline. Especially if they decide to reuse their tile-able regions. In that case the only new bits would be the coastline. Making smaller Victorian Islands would allow them to create a new coastline once, and then clone the island. Or maybe clone the coastline, then randomise the region tiles within it. Of course they could put a few of those random tile islands together and then clone all of them again, or maybe rotate some of them 90 degrees and mirror the rest then chop them in half and stick them back together to other islands. I am feeling slightly hysterical now.
  3. The caps are in the thread title! It makes it sound like we have to abandon our homes our be doomed You won't be able to edit it now. I do forget that forums are new to some people because they have been around for so long, before social media and so on. Welcome to the forum!
  4. @Hendrix Portal sorry Hendrix I just looked and there isn't a way to add notes.
  5. You could just choose anything and explain in the notes? I don't think the reporting systems have kept up with the Belli rules?
  6. ...and on that musical note A lovely run of harbourside steps in Siren's Cove, and a nicely placed ramp. Looks like this lovely scene was created by many moles, but it was the guv'ner himself @Abnor Mole who laid down the steps. As I've also been admiring his terrain building elsewhere I thought it was time to throw out some appreciation. I also note that Pyri Peak is quite scenic when it is viewed in the distance!
  7. I guess people like that are depending on neighbour apathy to get their own way.
  8. I love the curvy road as well, a wonderful hillacious set of plots!
  9. @Mitch Merricks re-rezzing isn't having much effect at the moment. edit: untrue, the latest re-rezz has set the colour scheme to the normal choices, and I can now open the doors.
  10. That's a shame, but it does seem the bug is causing other problems with that model. I have restrained myself and gone for the white outer colour, so as not to overstimulate the neighbourhood.
  11. Just a reminder of the thread title, When did you last see a Bellessarian home available, now i am out of the loop for a while I'm still interested what's going on, anything to report refreshy folks? I am itching to change that now I have copy pasted it, as everyone knows and can't do anything about it, should be Bellisseria
  12. Feels like a Caribbean vibe (not that I've ever been there in RL ) I can't click TP in at the moment as my firestorm is having a sulky fit so I'm back on the official viewer. maybe I should just put up with the sticking doors as a quirk and just jump onto furniture to move around.
  13. I have this as well, just on the winchester. I am on one of the new islands. The range of exterior colours is almost entirely different but no tinting bugs present for the exterior. I also have a bug on that model where the doors and windows don't open. Not sure if this is a related issue. Hopefully the new colour scheme is intentional as it is quite fun! The colour naming is somewhat quirky, raspberry = purple, brick red = raspberry red etc
  14. I appreciate you responding @Abnor Mole I understand the need to speed things up and maximise use of resources. The issue I see with this method is that designing the 'puzzle pieces' to fit together in multiple ways has removed some of the features that made Bellisseria so unique. The absence of larger multi-region terrain features in the interior regions is the biggest problem from my perspective. Maybe this method could be adapted so that the 'tile' pieces were broken up with some unique terrains within the interior rather than just the coastal areas? This could be larger, continuous stretches of water, or say, or a range of hills which extends for three regions.
  15. Maybe getting to a point of not caring might in itself be a problem. It isn't the angry outbursts the lindens need to worry about, it's the slow drift away if people lose interest. Cloned areas are inherently less interesting.
  16. I must admit to ignorance also. My assumption had been that this had been a regional flag which had been misused by far right groups, rather than a purely racist symbol. ie more like the english flag which can be misused by racist groups in our country, rather than say the political nazi symbol. It's really easy to misapply local cultural experiences onto situations in other countries. That isn't an excuse for causing offence, more an explanation of how mistakes can be made.
  17. I have had five trads today, one was the same house as I was too quick to click after an abandon. No Vics seen but I haven't been hovering over the page.
  18. I landed on my very first Ocean-side plot in Fierce Bight this morning. Not sure if I can put up with the looming presence of Pyri Peak. That Olde Mole build both giveth and taketh away. On the plus side, extra sailing water, interesting ocean bed and no floating airports or other monstrosities. Downside is that this face it is overlarge and featureless, and doesn't match the geology of the rocks in the Linden island. Also the region in which the mountain resides seems to be in permanent night which is jarring to sail through. Hmmm.
  19. Second life railway. Not sure why two Rs!
  20. Granted, but now you can't stop yourself sipping homemade dandelion and burdock fizzy pop (soda?) and you are forever being chased by bees. I wish that we remember to finally buy those tree-light batteries tomorrow before pathetic guttering flicker turns to 'are these just ornaments, I thought they were tree-lights?'
