Click the plus sign next to the word 'quote'. Do that for however many posts you want to quote, even across multiple pages. The first time that you click the plus sign, the below will appear in the lower right corner, with the post count increasing each time you click another plus sign. When you are done with all of your multi-quotes, click that button and all of the quotes will pop into the chat window. You can then reply as desired to each. You can also do a normal quote and type in a reply. Then keep reading (without actually submitting that reply) and click quote again when you find something else to reply to. If you change pages, it will 'seem' like your quotes and replies have disappeared, but the minute you click in the reply box again, everything that you haven't actually "entered" yet will still be there. Then when you are done, click the 'Submit Reply' button as usual.

IMO, whatever account you primarily use in SL is your 'main' even if it wasn't your first account. By true definition, Lil is an alt - not the first SL account created. However, she has been the only account actually using SL for over a decade. My original main is really now just an alt that donates tier to my land group and L$ stipends to my shopping addiction.

Hell, Google doesn't know about 90% of my alt accounts even though all but one has actually logged in multiple times. They can be searched inworld and their profiles will be found - all except the few that have tight security settings. Those will not be found via the inworld websearch feature, thus they will not be found via the SL Viewer or the browser profiles page.

Are you saying that both your SL and Windows is a new version - i.e. you just upgraded from another version of Windows to 10? If so, is this also a new computer or just software upgrade? If just a software upgrade, did you also upgrade all of your drivers? When you log into SL, click Help / About and paste the info here, so we know more about your current setup.

Interesting - Going to the actual web profile page via a browser showed me my alt's profile before I changed the settings. And yours shows via a browser also - https://my.secondlife.com/CeciliaLorenzo I would have expected the Firestorm websearch to show what the browser shows.

Yep - and the web profile is the one that did NOT show show me the profile of the test alt account that I created. The only way to see the profile of that new account is to use a viewer that shows the Legacy People search for profiles (and that would not be the SL viewer)

The only "date" that we've been given is "2018".

Crap, I totally forgot. Just checked and there have been no announcements in his group or the Forum Cartel group.

However, for the testing account that I just created (and did not log in with), I went into the web profile and set the privacy so that nobody except friends could see anything. I then checked and using the SL Viewer, which only uses web profiles, the avatar did not show in search. In Firestorm, the person shows under the Legacy People search, but not via the Websearch. Prok uses SL Viewer only.

You misunderstood my comment - I was not referring to you with the second part of my comment. I should have split that part of my comment off from my comment agreeing with your post that I quoted and then made it more clear. I was referring to the OPs rant that started the thread as I could see it immediately turning creators away rather than getting them to listen.

Is the card a debit card? Some of those don't work. Is it a pre-loaded card? Those won't work for sure. Another option is to open a PayPal or Skrill account and tie the card to it. Then use the PayPal or Skrill account for SL.
