    It's easy to socialise in SL as in RL except, I kind of, choose not to in either. I like my emoceans ©2022 calm and peaceful, I don't like being subject to the results of other peoples "mistakes" 👈 I purposely immerse myself in perpetual creative tasks/goals so I have to make the most of every possible minute. ⏱️ Also, by yourself, there is no one else to blame if things go wrong. So you make sure they don't. 👌 I'll have as many new friends as I desire when I start recording music for public consumption again and making mesh for SL in the future. 🌻

    In RL it is not uncommon for me to compose on average 1200 and waaaaay above words of original text in one day which is mostly technical documentation, written in street/youth/plain english terminology. Dedicated RL scribes would agree this is a very easily achieved word count. LL should have prepared MANY pages beforehand (metinx) and released them, (for commenting/proofing?), all at one time for the intended user groups. Then entire communities would have just gone to "their" page instead of being distracted by nah nah nee nah nah, where's MY page pajabah. But the sure fire method of success here is to, (as many have mentioned), use Interests as the hook which may then lead to many specific community group pages relating to that subject of interest. It belies belief that those who hand out the woke pills basically forget to see the woods for the trees in terms of common sense in 2022. (and that is not a dig at anyone in these forums - that's aimed directly at those who hold the *reigns at unis etc). 😛

    I don't live in Canada nor the USA, neither do I use the term Black or comment on things I have no first hand experience in.. Any politician will spew forth terms, (or something similar), "we are the most successful multicultural city/country/state/suburb in the whole world". It gets a bit old. Try this example. We have a park dedicated to a foreign sister city ❤️ whose wonderful people are now devoted to worldwide peace and understanding. In that park we now see gatherings of those responsible for the only tome of hatred/s that still exists in human history. Actual hate speech which I have read to confirm. Some "peoples" make an effort where others do not. Is that the kind of example you're looking for?

    I certainly did so. Respectfully, you left out this part: "Which seemed to mean everyone would make an equal effort to co-exist". In actual fact it didn't seem that way, it was that way. Eg: My own family has had historical and very enjoyable relations with both Indigenous peoples and those of Chinese ancestry since the mid 1800s. I certainly expect some exceptions regarding an equal effort for indigenous peoples, who have always been the loving custodians of this earth. It strikes me that the proponents of "modern" multiculturalism are those who have the least experience of same. 🤔

    I'm greatly disappointed in this approach in both RL & SL. In RL "multiculturalism" used to mean all cultures coming together as one. Which seemed to mean everyone would make an equal effort to co-exist. Now it means many different communities living in the same place. o.0 That is not the same thing. And now its being promoted in SL?

    During spoken instructions prior to a written exam today..... The tutors exact words were "and no rushing through the paper". To which I quickly added: "No Rushin, said the Ukrainian". The classes response was quite predictable. 😬🙄🤪🤮😪 But groans, smiles and smirks from everyone. No one of either culture in the class. 😉 (no Russians or Ukrainians were harmed during the making of this sad joke).

    Would someone please point Putin to the Aeros thread then invite him inworld to buy something similar ^^? The small man syndrome got old about 5 years ago. 🙄 That's really the only feasible solution metinx. Russian people don't want war. Ukrainian people don't want war. He could chill "Hindu" style and get a bindi, (red dot), on his forehead ^^ and meditate for a bit. 🤭 like- eternally.

    Honestly I don't mean to be rude..... But I would rather sit under a shady tree by a nicely flowing creek bubbling over rocks listening to amazing bird calls than go to another country or city. Have a dreamy snooze lying in the cool shade..... 🥰 ...... (in reality - wakes up suddenly)..... Get bitten by a funnel web spider, chased by the funnel web AND a king brown snake all the way to the ocean, jump in the waves to escape and get chewed & munched up by a great white shark. 😂
