ok, just had a look at new pp versus normal premium (i'm on a 3 month one, so will have to change) Im guessing that the billing will still be taken out of any tilia balance firstly, and then CC to make up any outstanding balance owing? I mean i guess so anyway. Anyone know for sure?

Apparently there is no more 3 monthly premium, its just one month and 12 months now.. At least normal premium hasn't gone up.. yet anyway lol.

if you log into your account, and find the bit on the left side that says delete account, in that you have the option of downgrading to basic or deleting the account. I also noticed that there is no 3 monthly option there anymore.

I have posted about this before, that there are certain workarounds you can do to get windows 11 installed on unsupported hardware, you will have to research this, its no secret actually, but I will state right now that there is NO guarantee that you will continue to recieve windows updates, and no continued updates for old drivers, so really, upgrading an incompatible older computer for business use is not in any way recommended, but it is possible to do.

Hmm, ok, now that I have had a coffee and read this web page from the knowledge base.... Scanning a Q.R code with a smartphone isn't a too big deal. One of my smart T.V apps uses this to create an account for a pay T.V service. So I don't think I will panic about it much actually.

Flying body parts when u land at a sim with a number of avatars can be quite amusing really. This is caused by mesh avatars that havent fully rezzed yet. It all depends on the speed of your net connection, and how good your pc is. (meaning that a top of the line gaming pc will rez things faster than a cheaper end pc. It can take a good 5 minutes sometimes, especially at an event with 40 or more mesh avatars at the sim) Also you might see headless nakie avatars too, they actually just need to rez. (or maybe they are nakie lol)

I just loggged into to SL, and the current version firestorm viewer doesn't have this feature. Is it a hidden tab or something?😁

AGREED! Non u.s resident have to pay 10% sales tax (or more) already, Which is a charge on top of the bill ( as in its extra , not included) but as others have said, it really hasn't affected what I do in SL. This would not be a reason for me to cancel the premium account, but others with multiple sims could find that charge enough to cut a sim or two off.

As far as I know, there is (or used to be) trains on the mainland you could hop in to explore around. I haven't checked it out for ages, but I think you had to go to a terminus, where you you could rez one to sit in.
