Securing accounts is something that benefits users and Linden Lab. It's in everyone's interest for it to be available to everyone, not stuck behind a paywall.

1. Yes. 2. I prefer standard usage. If I type something in all caps, it’s probably meant to be humorous. If I’m chatting and start typing without using the shift key, I’ve probably checked out of the conversation. I avoid people who have a tendency to capitalize words that shouldn’t be.

I use the frame rate limit to cap my fps at 60fps (because 60Hz monitors). After installing the Windows 10 2004 update, instead of getting 60fps, it's locked to the mid-30s. This has happened on two different PCs, with AMD and Nvidia GPUs. In the official viewer, Firestorm and Alchemy, No, it's not that the performance has tanked with the update, if I turn it off, the frame rate shoots up to normal. The framespersecondlimit debug setting is locking the frame rate at something well below what it should be.

Desk top recommendations for SL

That one is garbage. The processor is eight years old, and has a very low clock speed which will suck for SL. -
How to force Second Life use my RTX 2060?
Lyssa Greymoon replied to ElJaviLuki's topic in General Discussion Forum
It seems obvious from the context that OP's problem isn't that the 2060 isn't being used at all, but that it's not being fully utilized. -
