Motorcycle Club. SL has a robust comminuty of Bikers represented by many clubs. Can be a great place to meet friends for sure!!

Wacom all the way. Their Low/Mid range models work fantastically and are const effective. I use an Intuos Tablet myself, I love the pressure sensitivity, and you can turn it into a massive trackpad for finger use if that's your thing. Anything more expensive probably has more bells and whistles than you would need!

Stopped by to check this out a day or two ago, very fun and interesting concept! The only kind of constructive critisizm I could give would be perhaps adding more drinks to choose from? Though I do understand how complicated it must be balancing a game like this, but I suppose if you were to go to a bar you would have quite the selection to choose from :matte-motes-asleep-2: As it stands right now, I am VERY interested in purchasing a copy of this game to keep in one or more of my bars, so I suppose we will see how it fairs with the patrons. Either way I encourage people (especially Bar/Cafe/Club owners) to go have a quick look, this could potentially be a fun little addition to any party or dancefloor to keep folks active and participating! There are Several Fire Departments on the grid that still exist and are active to my knowledge. I would advise if you are starting a new one to consider working closely with a community or RP sim, having users who will willingly participate in your Fire RolePlay is incredibly important! Graphic Designer looking to work with a Fashion/Clothing brand to produce a line of products. I have designed for clothing and products IRL and currently exhibit my graphic design inworld, but I am very interesting in working with some clothing brands and creating some awesome fashion! I simply don't have the skills or the time myself to learn the new tools to make my own clothes from scratch, so I am putting the feelers out for brands or companies looking for a guest desingner or a special seasonal line of clothes! If you have the "Permission" to modify it then you can make changes and sell as you wish. Many sellers will have specific licenses requiring SOME modification/disabling permissions to be made before re-selling, so your main problem would be selling a full-permission item on marketplace after purchasing it and not making any changes. An example of this policy from one of my favorite sellers.... "Decor Depot full perm mesh 3D models are to be used as a component of your own creation, not to be sold out of the box as is. You must make the item original in some way, including making it unique in appearance., and change the perms as explained in our User License "

Can any residents provide me with any leads regarding Commune Living? I have been involved in multiple attempts at communes in SL in the past and none have quite come to fruition as I hoped they would. No long-winded answers, please, I am quite understanding that communal living is difficult in RL just as much in SL and therefore is not incredibly popular, I am simply looking for some info if anyone know's a functioning open-door community. Yes, Furankie, definitely do what Freya says and utilize the search engine! There is also a section of the Destination Guide dedicated to LGBT sims, not sure what on the list is still active/popular, but I had some friends who were quite fond of Cedar Creek! There certainly is a large and vibrant LGBT community in SL, perhaps you just haven't looked in the right place :catwink:

Three Cheers for the SL Art Scene! Perhaps someone needs to do a detailed listing of current Galleries and Magazines with fresh artwork. Personally I get a lot of handy announcments about small openings and shows from .:SL Art:. group, I also spend a day or two each month checking out the recent additions to the Art Galleries of Second Life listings. Sure, there is plenty of stagnant Art on the grid, but there is plenty of fresh content waiting to be found as well ;-D

What's the Issue exactly? Make sure your video card drivers are current. Do a clean-install of SL viewer. Double Check SL System Requirements. If none of that works, please post as much information as possible regarding the problem so the community can do a better job of providing a solution. Good luck Rick!

A few things you can try ~~~ - Check System Requirements, make sure your new Mac meets the minimum recommended specs. - Try a different viewer: If you are using SL viewer, perhaps give Firestorm a shot. Last year (2015) I experienced a few months of serious instability using LL viewer which led me to trying out Firestorm. I eventually moved back to LL viewer, which now works fine at the moment. - Check your network connection: If only SL viewer is crashing and nothing else is freezing on your computer, there is a chance that you are being kicked due to your connection. - Several residents have created comprehensive lists on how to properly adjust and tune your Mac for optimal SL performance. Take a spin through google and take a look at what others have already said about the matter... - One of the BIGGEST problems I ever delt with was the corrolation between my Mac's graphics card and SL. After a bit of research I discovered it was because there is a communication error turning on/off the graphics card within the Mac, when communication from the Viewer is disrupted from the Graphics Card it can result in a crash. I used gfxCardStatus to make sure whenever I am running SL Viewer my graphics card is turned ON. Best of luck Aphrodite, hope that helps even if you are not a computer afficianodo!!!

By RADEON THING, I assume you are talking about a Graphics Card? Take a look at the SL System Requirements, as long as you meet the minimum requirements you will be able to run the most up-to-date SL Viewer.

Hey Core! Don't be turned off by the fact that 75% of galleries in SL are packed with Inworld Photography! Just because it is popular does not mean it is the only thing allowed, or the only thing people want to see for that matter. I create graphic designs and often find myself displaying amongst mostly photography. Many galleries will have mailboxes where you can drop a notecard for consideration to display. However, one way to display your work without worrying about "Applying" anywhere would be to rent a small gallery or storefront in an Art Mall or popular area. Simply having a Landmark that you can send people to where they can view your work Inworld will take you to the next level !!! As for where to upload and permissions, flickr is a great place to post SL related content simply because there is a large community of users there. I personally feel like Avatars and Users that often take pictures of themselves would love to see themselves drawn, but yes it might be a good call to shoot the individual an IM telling them your intentions. I feel like another resident may have more to say in regards to this point, being privacy and avatar permissions, so hopefully someone else chimes in!
