  1. Hi everyone you be please as i am have no errors shown import screen with mesh uploader however the thing is sis a mess and looks like a crumpled bag with no pose working is there something i am missing please as am still learning about bones and such thank you for looking I am wondering if this is something to do with the weight painting as when i turn it of its normal I am not sure if i got this wrong :
  2. I think i am going to go back a few stages and do some more bone work in my dragon and com back to this with what I have learned thank you @OptimoMaximo for your guidance X
  3. Thank you @optimoMaximo it imported without error but still made a mess of it : Which made it into a crumpled up piece of paper. I don't know why its doing this as it working in blender ok
  4. Um @OptimoMaximo So you mean to have the face of the meshed animal pointing upward ? then apply scale and rotations to zero? Cant afford Avastar 11K hugs then reset default pose?
  5. I really don't know what this message or the log means my blender group didn't either I am hooping someone here has a fix which will work. I was surprised that Blender 2.93.2 was putting the same bones of the other items links in all three identical this makes no sense at all.
  6. There is a new update today from Firetorm , Hugs
  7. Oh dear Lada humor (makes a noise) well its still interesting never the less to read. I expect lot of the decisions in rendering on the browser are forced by the graphics card and faster will solve most lag problems also resolution of the browser also has a major influence as does anisotropic models AVL unit , Ambient occlusion. Since Firestorm and Linden viewer brought in new light model this delivers much higher performance lighting with clouds and other landscaping items. I have a large sky box which is about 98 prims which uses trees and other mountains to create a vista it does exactly what you are seeing while it loads first time then behaves itself. I am wondering if your textures are huge or if you are replicating them on model D hugs
  8. Hi and welcome @TheDollieit will be as its a single skin with back culling you are seeing on outside the surface with back culled on inside to solve this use the spanner and thickness tool to add a thickness not to much but has to be more than 0.3 to be visible in Second life I had this with my dragon wings . Have fun and your doing great havent managed any clothing yet hugs D I hope you will enjoy the forum as much as i do X
  9. You might find the items skin is to thin I had similar problems with wings that had to be thicker to view them I would use the spanner to add thickness and see if it resolves it Have a lovely day Denise
  10. Hi everyone hope you are all well, I am getting this error Warning error: bind shape is not x forward orientation and the following lines in the log: LOD3 Model Circle.001 loaded non-identity bind shape rot. mat is { -0.00184739, 0.98352, -0.023854, 0; -0.718584, -0.00283397, 0.0144517, 0; 0.0043182, 0.011366, 1.75656, 0; -0.236098, 0.565306, 0.92719, 1 } bind_rot { 0.00772389, -0.00937261, -0.70818, 0.705928 } non-identity bind shape rot. mat is { -0.00184741, 0.983531, -0.0238543, 0; -0.718584, -0.00283398, 0.0144517, 0; 0.00431819, 0.011366, 1.75656, 0; -0.234056, -0.52004, 0.953525, 1 } bind_rot { 0.00772388, -0.00937261, -0.70818, 0.705928 } non-identity bind shape rot. mat is { -0.00391972, 2.0868, -0.0506127, 0; -3.03033, -0.0119511, 0.0609442, 0; 0.00557627, 0.0146774, 2.26833, 0; -0.858715, 0.0207075, 1.03553, 1 } bind_rot { 0.00772389, -0.00937261, -0.70818, 0.705928 } Now I was experiencing problems with bento Angel armature as when auto weighted my mesh it put all the bones in all of the links and did not split them with regard to the parts they connected to this said I managed to select vector and use the vector tab in lower right hand area to select and delete bones with '-' button. This got me into mesh upload working with the above error and the armature makes the mesh look like a scumbled up paper or plastic bag: I did the obvious and placed the mesh in x orientation but this didn't solve it at all. I am still learning how to do this so please hep as its hard to learn thank you for looking have a great day D
  11. Ok So I have my main script playing properly no errors . I have now added this into another script which I call when its ready to play to read next into that script. The first song loads properly the second halts the whole progress dropping the message which is short without reason I have added state llSay and printed a copy of all message loops this is what occurs : [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {R} H|-91|0|1 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:-90, H|-91|-1| Weltschmerz.msu~ Omnia~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten - Weltschmerz~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten~ 10.0~ 4.0~ 15.0~ Pagan folk, Folk; ~ Earth Warrior|-91 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:header:H|-91|0|1 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {R} H%7C%2D91%7C0%7C%20Weltschmerz%2Emsu%7E%20Omnia%7E%20Jennifer%20%22Jenny%22%20Evans%20van%20der%20Harten%20%2D%20Weltschmerz%7E%20Jennifer%20%22Jenny%22%20Evans%20van%20der%20Harten%7E%2010%2E0%7E%204%2E0%7E%2015%2E0%7E%20%20Pagan%20folk%2C%20Folk%3B%20%7E%20Earth%20Warrior%7C%2D91 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:-90, H|-91|-1| Weltschmerz.msu~ Omnia~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten - Weltschmerz~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten~ 10.0~ 4.0~ 15.0~ Pagan folk, Folk; ~ Earth Warrior|-91 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:header:H|-91|0| Weltschmerz.msu~ Omnia~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten - Weltschmerz~ Jennifer "Jenny" Evans van der Harten~ 10.0~ 4.0~ 15.0~ Pagan folk, Folk; ~ Earth Warrior|-91 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {R} M%7C%2D91%7C0%7C%20Weltschmerz%2Emsu%7C%2015%2E0%7C1 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {3}Lib:M:M|-91|0| Weltschmerz.msu| 15.0|1 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:M, -91, 0, Weltschmerz.msu, 15.0, 1 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: State Change: s_config_single [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: State Change: s_active [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Sending start load:0,H|-101|1|0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Go to slave controller:H|-101|1|0,num:-101 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {1} SR: -101, $ M|-101|1|0||0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {1(1)} SR: -101, $ M%7C%2D101%7C1%7C0%7C%7C0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {R} M%7C%2D101%7C1%7C0%7C%7C0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: {3}Lib:M:M|-101|1|0||0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: Lib:M, -101, 1, 0, 0 [07:17] New Note Card Reader3.03: State Change: s_config_single
  12. Dear All I have had a chance to get back to this it was not in fact wholly a problem with the function llParse2String( in fact it was caused by sharing a variable dump which was not cleared by dump=[]; it ended up with keys at the end of it from another initialization using same variable. I have since created a new variable list for the part that worked and all is good . I also noted some errors with another post on here for stopping to long button messages. Hugs
  13. i found it it was the script above for(i=0; i < llGetListLength(buttons); ++i) buttons_truncated += [ llGetSubString(llList2String(buttons,i),0,23) ]; this is how it should read for struncating buttons
  14. Send by Linked Message : M|4| Weltschmerz.msu| 14.0|0 Arrived in Library : Arrived in Lib:M:M|4|||0 This is what it does to my link messages
  15. Its doing it again dropping messages was working all morning now no longer passed data llMessageLinked(LINK_THIS,-91,_temp,llGetKey()); This is beginning to get silly
  16. I tried this Innula gave me empty list
  17. @Mollymews your example does not d the same thing as my code it probably worked as its completely different I had keys added to list you just have a text printout I am sure it was the tabs now casing this failure suggest no one uses them \t or /t with llParseString2List( is now back working but a bit Skippy
  18. Yes its these rotten tabs /t I think which has been creating this strange behavior +1 ❤️ to @Profaitchikenz Haiku the tabs are affecting llParseString2List() in string splicing wonders why this is not on wiki. however the missing link_messages continue you can see from this debug it should populate he whole list back to drawing board Apart from my silly mistake reading to many lines in header 13 unluckily for sum, not 24 lol idk what happened there
  19. @Mollymews I am pondering the @Profaitchikenz Haiku comments about tabs. I am trying to remember when I changed from /t to \t it could be incidental in string splicing as he indicated that he felt there may be a random connection . I did this along the way when I was trying to make data returned from debugging more readable . I am going to try to substitute \t for ~ to see if this makes any notable change . Hugs Denise x
  20. This is what I put in the command file the other testing is commented out in previous script to debug with a person who was testing at same time .It was supposed to get a M| , L| ,R| , |B line into it each time data was sent only M| was received on its own showing that at line 52 of output (see below) commented line count in data server it was alone and message dropped . If you looked at code you would see commented out debugging above . So all testing has been done that can be done and this still does not function idk why link_message(integer sender_num, integer num, string list_argument, key id) link_message(integer sender_num, integer num, string list_argument, key id) { list r = llParseString2List(list_argument, ["|"], [""]); llSay(0,"Eurika1:"+list_argument); if(num==-90) return; if(llList2String(r,0) == "A") { _active=1; return; } if( (65536-llGetUsedMemory())<kill_mem ) { doMemoryErr(); return;} if(llList2String(r,0) == "DSC"||llList2String(r,0) == "DSL") { // llSay(0,"Eurika2:"+list_argument); if(llList2String(r,1) =="M") { llSay(0,"Got "+llList2String(r,0)+"|M|"+llDumpList2String(llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]),"|"));_sdm +=llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]); } else if(llList2String(r,1) =="L") { llSay(0,"Got "+llList2String(r,0)+" L:"+llDumpList2String(llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]),"|")); _sdm_l+=llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]); } else if(llList2String(r,1) =="R") {llSay(0,"Got "+llList2String(r,0)+"|R|"+llDumpList2String(llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]),"|"));_sdm_r+=llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["\t"],[""]); } else if(llList2String(r,1) =="B") {llSay(0,"Got "+llList2String(r,0)+"|B|"+llDumpList2String(llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["/t"],[""]),"|"));_bpm+=llParseString2List(llList2String(r,3),["\t"],[""]); } } else if(llList2String(r,0) == "DSS") { if( llGetListLength(_sdm)<2) { llOwnerSay("ERR 000010 - An Error occured reading library data.
