Yeah, best thing to do is make the tip jar FUN so staff can have fun with it!! We have Benny the Gator complete with his girlfriend; Betty the Beaver and our staff (I'm a manager for said venue) love having fun with them both and that how it should be; I think.

I can just say something; not ALL clubs take a cut from your tips as I know from a few I worked and currently work for do not take cut of my tips.

Personally Seren uses Lumae skin because what I love is you get head, body applier, shapes all in one so you dont have to hunt around for a match! I am sure others will chime in with their opinions but once your girl is fully set up, all I ask for is lovely picture of you both all dressed up and looking lovely as your such a sweetheart to do this for her!

Each to their own but I don't regret doing it, like I said may bite my butt later however for now I'm happy as I am and if seren ends up looking dated then I shall cheerfully just say; she not dated; she just vintage - lol!

I been here coming up to 6 years in Sept; I am just over 40K worth of inventory items and I will say mine is pretty well organised. Clothing folder has many sub folders, some basics like tops or dresses have sub folders of style top or dress and then outfits like denim outfits or non denim outfits have sub folders of pants or skirt style so I really enjoy being able to put outfit and know what I want where it is roughly. Only a year back I got rid all of clothing with system layers, and just 6 months back I got rid of clothing with appliers as only applier based things Seren wears is her nails, make up, tats and skin however my decision on deleting the system clothing layers outfits I own and or applier clothing outfits may come back to bite but honestly, I prefer seeing mesh clothing on Seren as I think it looks better.

Depends on who I am with and what I am doing; I voice when it comes to interviews for hiring hosts as we go over so much however we do type if we have too and I have to be on voice when it comes to staff or manager meetings. I have few trusted close friends I voice with however I mostly type; though I do not mind folk hearing me but I have to known you a while to do so as I am not good at speaking always due to speech impediment though I try not let me stop me.

Okay; Seren not that old but here is her changes below; interesting how we always continue to tweak and improve our pixel selves.

Most clubs if your looking to be host like you to be 30 days or older in SL (that is account age, not actual age fyi), and have some experience of how SL works but will provide the host training side and rare they care about type of body however more adult based job roles in SL, they will desire you to have a mesh body, good working knowledge of SL in my experience.

Oh; I know this was definite blocking on their part as they blocked me in discord as they asked few days prior for an honest opinion then obviously didn't like what I said but not my fault if they can not handle honesty as they asked for. If they didn't want the honest answer then should of not asked for it.

As far I am aware is no way but this is true story, I found out my former friend blocked me after I sent them a message in world and got blocked message but they hadn't removed me as friend; so I saved them that small issue. Don't know what I supposedly I did however honestly I really don't care as know they can be fickle as know from past experience!

As blogger I use Flickr, Instagram, Facebook to host the image (please note Instragram does not like adult themed shots like Facebook) but for written blog entry I personally use Blogger as what I always used when I have blogged in the past and yes, I also post the image in my blog - if adult then I post the adult version in Flickr and Blogger however is SFW Image for Facebook and Instagram but I do warn my readers or viewers that the NSFW can be found in my blog or on Flickr incase they are easily offended!

Note on groups thing, so groups have too many members so you can't physically look up that way so make sure ya choose a group with not many members in!

Oh, sorry I can't read black on white without my glasses one (which currently being repaired) so I write in a colour I can see which happens to be purple; as white background really gives me bad headache so been using chrome thing temporarily till I read about it however I still find easier to write in purple.
