There's a reason company's like to reserve so many rights for themselves, because as soon as you make a decision in one direction you're essentially closing off one in another. In a way I hope they do this properly because after all this is said and done I'm probably going to have to fork out a load of lindens on new content and have to throw away a load of old content. I know of several Las Vegas marriage chapels where Elvis will get you hooked up in about 10 mins. And they are on M-rated regions. Divorces only scheduled in the morning, and as usual the divorce costs more than the wedding fees. In the RL, shotgun weddings are approved by the most conservative churches. Age difference doesn't seem to be much of a factor. In SL this probably means too old guys would need to get married. But, Oh Well. As far as all these random naked people...there are quite a few fun places in the Destination Guide on General land. Things the kids would probably enjoy. I do. Then, if a naked person does arrive, you can AR them since naked isn't allowed on General at all and certainly not in front of the children. But, Oh Well. Well, there is some animesh Elvis at Campwich Forest (Bellisseria) who is only there for doing shotgun marriages. Linden owned, no charges.
