i cant log in and iam freaking out, please help me!

There is no way to "text" Linden Lab.  They have not offered you an option to appeal, so their decision is final.  Online businesses like Linden Lab are under constant scrutiny by the Congress and by federal and state agencies and the news media for signs that they are not taking child welfare issues seriously.  They can get into deep trouble for failing to take a hard line, and they are under no obligation to let you re-enter SL.  Just walk away.

Check your email, especially spam folder.  If LL have put your account on hold they will email you.  You should also follow the link to support and file a ticket asking them to look into it.  Don't panic

Your account is on hold so do what it says, write a support ticket.

could be reported, or in a line of fraudulous handling in L$., or bad behaviour, or..... you'll know best if you did something wrong.
It also could be a totally innocent thing at your side, and your account get released fast.

yes there is live support for premium members, all the rest has to be done by tickets, there are links to the support page on every main section pages of the forum. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

I don't know what you mean by email but if you mean reply to your support ticket, that might take time as you will be in a queue of other support tickets and we are just residents like you. Nobody will know how long that might take

Stop freakin out - it truly is not the end of the world.

There is Live Chat support if you want to buy Premium membership, but they still might not have immediate answers for you.  If your account is being investigated for something, you just have to let the investigation happen.

Life isn't fair much of the time.  

If you email replied to the email they sent you, there will be no response and the email will likely bounce back.  The only way to get any answers is the Support ticket and it MIGHT take a few days before this is all resolved.

"I feel your pain," to quote a political figure from decades past....   We can't do a heck of a lot for you because, as others have pointed out, we are all SL residents like you.  The most common reason for a hold is that you have an unpaid bill of some kind, or Linden Lab has discovered some irregularity in your account.  They freeze your account temporarily while they try to figure out what's going on.  They send you an e-mail note to explain, but those things often get tossed into your e-mail's spam filter, so they are easy to miss.  Take a look.  Then, if you have questions, submit a Support Case as directed.

Yes.  LL take ***** very seriously.  If you have proof this was an error and I do mean proof that LL can investigate properly, then add that to your support ticket and see if they will look into it.

Edit: I just checked the 1st thing they said. Maybe it wasn't you, it was someone else dressed inappropriately. Can you check if anyone else you were with has been banned?

the message doesn't speak about the possibility of appeal, so i wonder if that's possible. ***** is always very seriously taken, so it might be impossible even to communicate about the outcome.
Secondly, once banned, as you are now, you'r not allowed at SL at all anymore, also not with alt accounts.

an age-play violation is an instant account termination

Thanks, Molly.  I had never really thought about additional actions beyond a permanent ban.  I guess if you want to badly enough, you can take the dispute to arbitration.  Note...if you have never been in an arbitration procedure before, they are heavily stacked in the company's favor.
