I have to wonder if it's about the St. Petersburg, FL Dali Museum, since the lyrics mention the "dome" and the ocean. Why would this song be on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds? Spoiler: Time travel and car chase. (In Toronto, don't know if they have a Dali museum there.)
