Security orbs don't work the same way as the land tool ban lines. The coverage area is a circumference rather than conforming to the shape of the parcel so you can't really adjust them to your parcel only AND have full coverage of the whole parcel without going outside "property lines". That's the simplest way to explain it that I know of.

Most people have skyboxes so they don't have to deal with people encroaching on their land as often as they would have to deal with it at ground level. Skyboxes don't give you any more land. They just allow greedy land barons to stack people much like they do in real life apartment complexes. Which never works very well. Stacking skyboxes is just asking for trouble.

I don't "expect everyone to cater to my disabilities". I just would like to see people be more compassionate and considerate. They want that from me so why should they not give the same in return?

I can't afford premium. I had plans of using part of my tax return to pay for annual but thanks to the Repugs and their "tax breaks" my refund was greatly reduced. Under the new tax laws, I get far less of a refund than I've gotten in decades. I have always needed me tax dollars back and now I don't get it any more so I can't even catch up my bills like I used to be able to do. So... now I'll never be premium again. Thanks @$$Trumpet. And yes my income is below poverty level. It has been for most of my life.

Why should I have to tp home and then have to start my store hopping all over again when I'm in the middle of tracking down things I want to buy? I have a method I use that is effective for me, I shouldn't have to change it just because someone doesn't have any compassion. I'm not saying don't use orbs. I'm saying be how you want others to be, considerate of those who are not able to react swiftly through no fault of their own.

Not a single person is taking into account those of us who do not see well any longer and who just might need that extra time to be able to bring up a LM from inventory and then tp out. Not a single person is taking into account those who have arthritis in their hands. Might as well just go ahead and ban me from all of your parcels. Save us both the hassle and heartache.

The problem is, the concept doesn't have a basis in reality.

It was (and is) more than that. The idea of "owning land" was/is a completely alien concept that had/has no basis in reality.

Not even the state can own land, anymore than you own the air you breathe.

1) If you look for it, you won't find it. Let it come to you. 2) Some are, some aren't. Some of us got lucky and met a good person, some ended up dead. Never meet up alone. Always have a friend or family member close by. 3) Don't. It isn't a dating site. Think of it as more of a community where you have a chance, however small, of finding like minded people. 4) We didn't meet in SL, we met in Active Worlds, 20 years ago. Nineteen years later we are still living together, not married. ... Still a kid. The opposite of down.

I've worked tech/customer support for a few different kinds of businesses. They hate it when I call for tech/customer support at those companies.
