  1. YOu need to establish payment with LL. You can buy linden, set up a group, or buy a classified...but need to have some payment recorded. Then you go to the Linden exchange section on your dashboard then select manage then sell. You will get a better exchange rate if you use the 2nd selling option vs the first where LL sets rate. Dependingon the exchange rate you select your oder could be completed immediately or over days. Once it has completed you will be messaged. When you recieve the "your sell order has been filled" message go back to your dashboard, to the linden exchange, select manage, and then process credit. This is where you send lindens to your pay pal account...funds can also be wired but the process is more cumbersome. The credit processing can be short as 24 hours and long as a week.

  3. I do not think there are limits. I have 75 items in one box and have no problems with it. But, I think there might be a issue with how much lag on the sim where box is + how many items are in the box...the more lag+ plus more items could mean slow delivery which is a problem for customers who want items quickly.

  8. Often when you buy skins you get 2 versions...one with hair painted on it and another that is bald. Check your skin's folder to see if you have more than one selection to choose
  9. I am not sure how successful anyone is being a reseller. Personally I never shop resale...rather go to the shop of the creator. Maybe take some creation classes and think about providing original content?
  10. Rolig told you how to open your box but as a side note when you buy items they can be delivered to you in a few ways. In a box like this purchase; you will find boxes delivered to your "Objects" folder But, sometimes merchants will deliver you an item in a folder instead of a box...you would find folders in your main inventory list instead of inside another folder like Objects Single items, unpackaged...if it is an unpackaged prim item you will find it in objects like a box but, if it is something like a skin or eyes you will find these in "Body Parts" folder. A unboxed pose might go into "Animations" folder If you buy something and cannot find it...try looking on the "recent" tab of your inventory, before you log out...this will show anything new that came into your inventory since your last log in.   14. If you are a premium member LL gives you a tipend weekly...you are not charged for it. You will also get 1000L after 45 days as a bonus
  15. Sounds like he does not have much of a case against you. I would just mute him and let him do as he wishes...but least you do not have to listen to him. And should LL contact you sounds like your have evidence of fairness
  16. You might look for other alpha feet layers and see if another works better than the one you are having issues with
  17. No, it could be aproblem with the marketplace or your account...I would do as messaged...call customer service
  18. I am not having many problems with delivery but when I do it is always with a customer who used the shopping cart...and the more items in their cart the higher the failure rate...or at least so it seems

  20. In your inventory select new notecard and write your message. Find the merchant in search/people tab and open their profile Drag the notecard you wrote into their profile and it will be sent to them. I usually send a im along with the notecard sayng what I am sending, why and what I named the note. If you are writing about a transaction make sure to include your name, description of the problem and paste a copy of the transaction from your account history onto the notecard

  22. LL will usually not get involved with any resident disputes. Your only real recourse would be to try and talk the person who received the linden into a refund. If they wont, then it is one of those times when we just have to suck it up and move on.
